Indespensible Contact Managment for Our Small Business

2018-03-09

Pros

Agile CRM has a lot of features that our small business doesn't need just yet, but it's a lifesaver for managing our customer contacts. We can keep track of customer relationships, and keep communications from slipping through the cracks. Our customer service and marketing is far more focused and responsive since we began using Agile CRM -- this has helped our sales tremendously. Great integration with WordPress, WooCommerce and Stripe among others. Clear and uncluttered interface. Easy to learn. Automation features are very useful and easy to set up. Associating tags with customers helps us prioritize our communications. Email integration works perfectly.

Cons

I'd love to see MailChimp integration (without having to use Zapier), but that's no deal breaker.

Really fantastic app for the small business

2016-03-23

I have been using AgileCRM for about one year from now after test many other apps. I am using the free version. We are a very small company and me and my partner are in charge of sales and customer contacts. The key factors for me are the integration with gmail and import export features.

Pros

Direct integration with gmail. Easy to use. Use of almost all the features in the free version

Cons

Started tu use it with the idea to replace mailchimp but was not possible.

Great CRM, especially for forming sales funnels

2017-12-21

Agile CRM has been invaluable for contact upkeep for both my web design and my insurance businesses. Just a little more polish, and I believe it could even compete with some of the more niche CRMs in their own niche.

Pros

It's super easy to track what actions you've taken with any given prospect/lead you enter, and it has built in additions for virtually everything (MailChimp, a web form, a calendar, the whole nine yards).

Cons

Some of the additions require a little more know-how than the average user likely has - I'm a developer by trade, so it's second nature to me, but odds are John Q. Public would have a hard time working with an API.

This is a very great system. It is really all-in-one-in. I like to work with it.

2017-05-04

All-in-one.

Pros

I stopped mailchimp, optinmonster and my online scheduling.

Cons

I am from The Netherlands and sometimes it is difficult for me in English. But the support is very good. They called me if I need something.

Agile CRM is Good value for Money

2017-06-28

Pros

Ability to organize my clients and make necessary follow up is my most valued feature within agile. The ability of the CRM to pick client social media connection also help understand my clients.

Cons

I'm also not yet able to integrate CRM to work with subscribers who fill up a mailchimp form within my website.

Good CRM with Great email marketing capabilities

2015-10-29

Pros

If you are looking to simply do email campaigns then Mailchimp, etc may be OK for you but if you want that functionality built around a true CRM then you should consider Agile.

Cons

The GUI interface and the set up of the emailing system could be more intuitive

Agile functions well as a stand alone CRM but it is most impressive if you are doing email marketing campaigns. If that is important to you make sure you understand what it is capable of and ALSO that the workflow is something you are comfortable with.

Compact CRM That Works But Room For Improvement

2017-07-12

Pros

Easily managing contacts, campaigns, sales pipeline to spark a conversation with potential leads, engage with them to nurture them for sales. I like the separation of the Marketing and Sales tab because people use the features differently.

Cons

Right now its an exact copy of the one from Mailchimp, it has the essentials but its not unique.

Very feature rich. Marketing features incomplete or unstable

2016-11-23

I'm mostly back to MailChimp now which is a much better solution for most of those things.

Pros

Very feature rich. Many powerful features and integrations. Decent reporting and functionality around standard sales CRM stuff.

Cons

Clunky and difficult experience around marketing automation. Tendency to have features that are only half-baked, although they do improve over time.

I'd go with MailChimp for any email campaign needs you have. If it can't be done with MailChimp (e.g. mass mailing folks who didn't actually subscribe to your mailing list) then perhaps you shouldn't be doing it. As a sales CRM, Agile CRM is not a bad choice, but I don't think it's the most user friendly either. It doesn't seem focused around any particular way of doing sales. Currently I'm looking at Streak as a way of bringing our CRM into our Gmail inbox, but it's not necessarily the appropriate tool for everyone.
