Mavrck has helped us streamline our influencer partnerships, tested out affiliate programs and tested different platforms. The account and strategy teams always offered up new strategies and ideas that could help drive our business forward as well.
We loved working with the account team on a daily basis. The team and platform made it very easy for us to discover new partners and kick off campaigns all in one place. In addition, our team gained efficiencies because Mavrck took on the daily communications with partners (escalating when needed). We truly felt like Mavrck was an extension of our team.
The platform is very easy to use and navigate. During selection of partners, I do wish there was an easier way to see quantity of partners selected beyond counting up manually. But, overall that's a very minor issue in the grand scheme!

The level of support the team provides has also allowed us to execute ambassador programs, TikTok campaigns and level up the number of campaigns we're able to complete each month that drives brand awareness. We were never able to realize this success for influencer marketing in the past, from strategy to execution.
The Mavrck platform is very user-friendly and allows us to scale larger, global influencer campaigns with the ease of having everything automated and in one place.
I would love to see the influencer database grow with more global, male options. Our demographic is primarily male, and it's sometimes hard to find strong candidates.

Great team, love my Mav reps but the platform itself has a few growing pains.
The sourcing and application phase of campaigns is super easy and straightforward.
Unfortunately, the click and sales tracking data aren't being captured, running into issues with Clickmeter.

Mavrck makes it easy to manage influencer relationships, source new partners, and navigate the influencer negotiation/payment process.
One issue I've run into on the platform is when pulling influencer content from past campaigns to utilize on our own social channels. I wish the content could be sorted/filtered by specific product/content of post and/or by influencer rather than by campaign or the other filters that currently exist. Content is also only identified by the influencers' names (not their social handles) which can be inconvenient at times.

Mavrck helps us to streamline influencer programming and run a higher volume of campaigns with a larger number of influencers throughout the year.
The influencer sourcing process could be improved. I don't think there's a specific platform who has nailed this yet, so it's not the biggest deal.

We have been working with Mavrck for several years and have always had a great experience with their entire team. We love to read their educational email blasts and lean on them for strategy and execution.
We have worked with Mavrck for 4+ years on a large scale micro and nano ambassador program. Mavrck's integrations with existing vendors has made it really successful and easy to implement. We've been able to grow our ambassador program with their discovery features and they have some of the best analytics of all over influencer vendors.
The load time on the content page can be frustrating, however, this is likely due to how much content is pulling in and also Meta's API.

I really enjoy how easy the Mavrck tool is to use, it's very user-friendly and encompasses everything our business needs for influencer marketing all in one place. What I believe sets them apart is the customer service. We can rely on the Mavrck team to set all of our campaigns up for success and they are always quick to answer our questions and offer their advice. We are very happy to have them as an extension of our team.
While everything has been great, we have a unique company where we have to operate over 12 unique brands under one company / one budget so would the ability to have more brand instances in our account. However, Mavrck worked with us to help create a solution that works for us.

Love working with Mavrck. The team we have is awesome and I always feel really organized with them
I love the variety of influencers to choose from. We can always fill our campaign needs
I wish there was a way to sort influencers in the vetting process. For example if I'm trying to pick 10 influencers for a campaign it would be nice to see who I've already up voted from the pool. Or it would be nice to be able to sort them based on follower count or engagement rate.

I love the similar feature when searching as when you like an influencers theme this helps to view other similar influencers and saves a lot of time.
I like the fact we can target influencers in different regions which helps with localised content. The support has been excellent also and I know I can reach out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] with any queries I have. Also, having content in the one place is so useful, nothing gets lost.
The platform doesn't allow for IG reels to be automated which can create friction on the influencer's end which can result in them turning down opportunities. I think adding this feature would improve the programme. Of course, this will sometimes be out of Mavrck's control but I often have difficulty seeing influencers at different stages of the workflow. Having these issues communicated to us would be very useful.

Mavrck allows us to work collaboratively without having too many cooks in the kitchen. We love the support the team offers and the knowledge they have.
The influencer search feature and audience targeting was the feature that hooked us from the start. The incredible team and support they provide is just icing on the top!
The software takes a little bit of getting used to but once you get in it, it makes more sense.

Using Mavrck has made my job easier from an organizational standpoint. Campaign emails all live in one spot which makes it easy to find any past communication. Our Mav contacts always make sure we are taken care of and that we are aware of the newest updates and best practices.
As an influencer marketing agency, we are constantly running campaigns. Using Mav has helped streamline our whole process and has expanded our bandwidth by simplifying processes. We used to run campaigns via excel sheets and emails. Having all our campaign emails on campaign-specific inboxes as well as having the workflows has made job 10x easier.
There are certain reporting features we would like to see that would be beneficial to our company. Such as story reporting metrics that are more in-depth once influencer posts. I also wish TikTok could be integrated into Mav as a log-in tool. It makes it hard to run a TikTok campaign or to track those influencer analytics that are.

We've had a great experience with Mavrck! Their customer service is wonderful and we often have monthly connects where the team answers any of our questions. Our influencers are able to access the platform easily and we love how user-friendly it is.
My favorite part about this platform is how user-friendly it is. My role is client-facing and every time I send off a list of influencers or content for their approval, I never have to over-explain. It is user-friendly top to bottom. New employees and clients alike are able to utilize it well!
There are often specific influencer metrics that we aren't able to have access to. For example, if it says an influencer has a high fraud risk, our team would love to be able to see exactly why this shows up.

Overall great platform, highly recommend for brands who are new and dipping their those into influencer marketing.
Mavrck has a great self-serve platform if you're just starting to get into influencer marketing. It really allows you to customize your campaign and select the right partners to collaborate with. They provided in-depth training and support throughout onboarding and post. It's an easy-to-use platform and the automated features really help streamline the setup and execution of multiple influencer campaigns to really scale.
Would love to see Mavrck integrate with TikTok as this is a growing social platform.

Customer service and support is great. Love working with this team! Also REALLY appreciate how we aren't tossed around to various points of contacts and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is dedicated to our team/success.
I love how easy it is to scale our program and understand the impact of our influencer marketing efforts. Not only do these campaigns unable us to easy activate creators, it allows us to use this content to fuel our content engines in our own channels with a diverse group of people/content.
Budget management really needs work! The only way I can get around this is offering a flat-fee, which I think is an outdated way to execute influencer marketing campaigns.

Mavrck has everything in one platform: creator search/cultivation capabilities, messaging, content review, and reporting. I especially love the Workflow structure and how organized it keeps me throughout the partnership process. I appreciate the flexibility of being able to customize messages and schedule automated messages. Plus, the account teams are amazing - so informed and supportive!
I believe the Mavrck platform has the opportunity to grow and strengthen its reporting features. The reporting in-platform doesn't always match the reports provided by the team. The team is super flexible and responsible to additional reporting needs, but it would be nice to be able to filter and pull reports on our own.

I was introduced to Mavrck when I started my position at JOANN. The software was easy to learn and super functional. I love the features and enjoy how it organizes all of the campaigns into one space. It is super easy to send emails and communicate with content creators through the platform. I also love how you can search for influencers. The support team is super helpful and always willing to answer any and all questions.
How functional and easy to use the software is.
Sometimes, the influencers have high fraud count, even though I select low fraud count when searching.

Scaling the number of micro and nano-level influencers we partner with for digital content creation and sharing
Easy to set up and execute campaigns - invite links to share via social media. Love seeing the data and the ability to share interactive reports with coworkers. Great training offered and client support team.
Limited to one content ask per campaign - would like to ask different influencers in a campaign for different types of content, not able to draft different versions of an email, shorter application process for influencers applying

Onboarding with Mavrck was seamless and it has been extremely beneficial for managing our campaigns. Having the ability to run everything from start to finish in one platform has allowed us to become much more efficient.
Overall, the search functionality is not as robust as I had hoped for. There aren't as many influencers in our key demographic, and I feel I see the same influencers again and again.

The platform is very user friendly and easy to use. I like the fact that you can leave your feedback and communicate with the influencers. Accessing in-depth KPIs and helping manage campaigns more efficiently is a big plus. The support team is very responsive and easy to work with. Great customer service!
The filters for influencers could do some improvement. It's been a bit difficult for us to find influencer which meet our criteria, particularly as we focus on environmentally friendly influencers. Expanding the influencer database would also help.

I am someone who uses MAVRCK from both sides- as a social media manager on the brand side, and a blogger on the influencer side. It is super useful and easy to use. I love how organized and straight forward it is. From the brand side, I have had a great experience finding influencers through the platform itself, making my job just a bit easier
I don't have many dislikes about the platform itself. The only problem I have ever come across on the brand side is that some influencers will stop responding after they receive product and never fulfill the collaboration- which is not MAVRCK's fault AT ALL. This is just something within the industry that happens but wish there was something to combat this!

I like that it is easy to use and everything you need to manage a campaign is available on the platform.
The messaging feature can be confusing when multiple admin are using the platform.

Overall MAVRCK has been the best experience we've had with an influencer management platform. The design of the dashboard, reporting capabilities, and dedicated customer support has helped us quickly expand our influencer marketing service to more clients.
The ability to manage every step of our influencer campaigns from ambassador discovery all the way through content approval and payment has saved so much time and headache for myself and my team.
The lack of dedicated client portals prevents us from giving clients access to the platform as we have multiple client campaigns running within our agency account.

Very very good experience. The easiest influencer marketing platform I have ever used.
I am able to review clients quickly and efficiently. This platform (and employees) does most of the work where when we go in to review, there are little edits. I love how I am able to see the stats all up from each campaign as well.
There really isn't anything I do not like about the software.
