It was resolved quickly and they communicated the issue out clearly to us. They have been an honest and enjoyable partner to work with over the years.
Then, they suspended my account after 800 emails were sent (out of 32,000).
I can recommend SocketLabs and continue to recommend them.
Getting through the setup process was a strain.
Quality is great and the team helpful and proactive.
First of all, they took a time-tested, carefully vetted list which had 0 complaints for the past 4 months and. Demonstrated that their bounce rates were 4x higher than I was used to.
We have used socket labs for over 8 years now and have been very happy with it. The metrics and statistics they provide are very detailed.
The best thing about SocketLabs is that it works.
I have enjoyed working with the API. We send tons of emails through their system without the slightest hiccup.
We pull stats out of their API to create stunning dashboards of data for our clients to measure how well their campaigns perform.

Personally, my overall experience with Zoho is awesome, It is the best CRM for data analyses, email scheduling, having campaigns, auto-response, mapping and automating the stuff about the buesiness.
I wanted to use Zoho marketing automation in my organization but the higher email spam rate disappointed us. Our newsletters saw more than 80% spam rate.
What I like the most about the Zoho is, easy to use, provides the best functionality and automation as well as not expensive.
My email campaigns were landing in spam folders of my users. The spam rate was very high.
Its mainly related to marketing tools and provides best tools for marketing as well as handle campaigns in a very nice way.
Problems which I am solving/helping my clients to solve with Marketing Automation are as such. Running Email Campaigns.
Satisfied All I can say is that. Overall Accomplishment of the task is done.
The automation builder is also very bad, not easy to drag drop as we were able to on AcitveCampaign, so definitely need to make it easy to use.
The software is user friendly and provide best features as compared to others.
Running Affordable email campaigns. Campaign Management is easy.

I have gained very inspiring experiences with this platform.
Its menu is a bit difficult to use when you are looking for a feature and it has some unecessary settings in some features that can be a problem.
It is very functional, efficient and takes great care to satisfy all users.
The messages to ported numbers were being lost and they said they fixed it after the fact but couldn't guarantee that it would not happen again.
It is easy to use, communication is 100% online. Your support is excellent.
They refused to provide/give me access to export my mailing lists or receipts.
The customer service is very good and very helpful.
Examples did not Include VB.NET and some errors in JSON strings.
The platform is very well made and easy to use. The features are limitless and offer the end user a very good experience even for the non technical persons it is very simple.
The ease of use, the quality of services, the customer support and of course the low pricing.
The prices are the cheapest and most reliable I could find for the country I target the most (Malta, EU) but it seems pretty cheap and reliable for other countries as well.
It is now much easier to send emails. I like that even people without much experience can easily learn to use ROUTEE.
