I can definitely recommend this to any sales/marketing/customer success teams - user.com is safe, gdpr compliant, affordable and easy to learn and to use.
Bad customer support, administration and misleading information.
I really liked how fresh and inviting their design is. Their onboarding experience is very nice and set you up to start taking advantage of the platform rather quickly.
They have bad customer support and administration.
Actually, the idea is cool, guys, your customer service is awesome, after few days i've already understood how to use the main functions, love testing your actions everyday.
The only real downside to User is the alerts on the chat.
Feature-rich software with great automation potential and superb support team.

I love the ease of use for the customer. The fact that they can respond to questions right from their email, and not have to click a link is great and, in my opinion, leads to a higher response rate.
This may not ever be possible since its not a SalesForce product but there are still elements of tracking and knowing who has received what that is missing from our database.
The PropFuel team has been so supportive and helpful they are a joy to work with and they have excellent ideas for new and interesting ways to reach out to our members.
I was hesitant to start using the product at the onset of the pandemic, but we did.
How user friendly the software is and how it integrates seamlessly with our association management software. The PropFuel automations have saved us so much time and resources.
We have not yet integrated with our CRM but that is due to our IT process, so I'm not sure yet how that will go.
This software is very user friendly and intuitive. It's a powerful tool that can be used in tons of ways, so I like that sky is the limit as far as it's uses.

Creating member engagement has never been easier. The questions embedded in the emails help to make a quicker and smarter way for members to get involved.
The ability to integrate with our AMS and write back updated information and the integration was set up entirely by PropFuel - couldn't have been simpler for us.

I'm thinking about starting a newsletter, so it's nice knowing that the DirectIQ support staff is available 24/7 to help me whenever I need. A really pleasant customer support experience overall.
The only con I can think of was my awful 2010 review.
The template selection isn't overwhelming, which I think is a huge positive. They offer a good selection, and they are all really easy to customize to my needs.
Emails tend to make their ways to the spam folder.

It essentially offers a diagnostic report, detailing which email clients (e.g. yahoo, Gmail etc.) will analyze my messages as spam, and why.
I say that because of its simplicity, I don't feel bogged down by the interface, which makes for a much more comfortable experience than I've had with other platforms/sites.
