When we first started with Spendgo there were some missing features in their backend.
We love using Spendgo's Loyalty Platform, mainly because our customers love it. We get 10+ rewards processed per day.
However, they worked hard to build this portion of their product out and have most of the missing parts on their roadmap, if not already implemented.
Great tool to generate revenue through a comprehensive customer loyalty strategy.
Integrating our app (togo technologies) with spendgo was difficult.
They are very responsive and on top of what needs to get done when. Fully trust that nothing will fall through the cracks and that they will push our brand forward with technology and strategy.
There's not a whole lot that I dislike, because they literally add anything I've ever needed added.
Ease of use for our customers. Looks attractive and really helped us ramp up our loyal customers.
The staff were always available, willing, and helpful to provide support and training. We appreciate each of you.

We love how easy to use it is, and we’ve had great success sending out messages to our customers and receiving responses.
Perhaps it's unfair to have so few complaints, it seems forced.
The feature to schedule messages in advance and attach pictures has been AMAZING. I love having everything logged so there is a paper trail of what has been discussed, as well.
For what I pay each month to use txtsignal, it does all i expect it to do.
Adding contacts is simple and the ease of self signups is wonderful. Sending messages which can also post to social media is a big plus for us.
Customer support is awesome and helpful. Owner is invested in company.

The customer service was supreme, I consistently had [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] reach out and check in to see how things were going and was always super helpful on every task.
There currently arent any features that we dislike.
So so user friendly and seamless, it really does most of the work for you.
I dont like that you have to pay in order to use it.
We are a small company with a small budget. I feel like this software and our needs are the perfect pairing.
I think the initial autoresponder was attached to my first message and that looked a little confusing but it wasn't a big deal.
Snapdesk makes marketing so easy and profitable. Best business decision I've made.

The service received from the team, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT] were amazing. They were always available to assist and really helpful.
The platform it self has a few glitches that we are struggling to get around without having to contact the rocketmailer team.
Very happy with Rocketmailer. Easy to understand and very easy to on-board a user to work on the platform.
Sometimes the newsletters don't look the same when sending a test as to what it looked like on the platform (coding error).
Detailed Analytics reports, ease of use, local and instant support available and amazing team to work with.
I have not come across anything that i don't like.
The service i get from the person I deal with is AMAZING and prompt.

As we are not launched yet and still in the build phase i can only comment on the great support myself and my team have had from you guys, you make it a pleasure to work on and nothing seems too much.
I had some troubles with the colors, link, design. And I had always to verify the work because there was always something wrong : blank font on white background, illisible text.
It is visually attractive, with interesting and diverse functionalities. The administration of the app after the product is launched seems very user friendly.
Notifications through Email instead of pop up. When changing start date (which happens with visa) you loose content.
The motivation, and the sense of familiarity of the new comers help them not only to get a better experience but to their effectiveness.
But once he joins the company is difficult to track. Employees use it before joining but once they have joined they ignore the e-mails sent to them for pulse checks.
It has been a nice adventure starting with Talmundo. From the first steps they have guide and helps us all along the way.
I haven´t seen any employee completed 100% and I am not sure what is missing or why they cover maximun 25.
I love that it's Intuitive, has a great mobile experience and has the possibility to make an automated timeline.
A nice touch to new employees and provides an early feeling of belonging to the company. Great customer service and development team which constantly adds more functionality.

I'm frustrated that it doesn't work the way we were told it would work with RealGreen. The two aren't paried the way we were told they would be.
The software that Captivated provides is very user friendly, responsive, easy to navigate and makes contacting customers so convent.
Most the time I was put on hold or transferred back and fourth, no one could find the answer or it took days to get back to me.
The self scheduling and follow up system was great, but the support and help that I received while working with the Captivated team was the selling point for me. They really go above and beyond.
The interface and UX were difficult to understand at the start but we are getting the hang of it.
The way it always reminded and sent out messages on a good timeline was the best part. This allowed me to do more with my in person customers and the system to do the contacting work for me.
I've been in the BDC for 11 years, used several chat/text systems and Captivated is the best.
Great product, support is always timely, friendly, and on point.
