The all-in-one, fully centralized software boasts a multitude of tools for engaging and supporting congregation members. Maintain a rich contacts database of “People” and a secured, ISO-compliant facility for recording not just address and personal information but a module with full communication features. Contact member groups with customized update emails, SMS messages and scheduled newsletters while keeping a receiver’s log of who gets what and when. ChurchDesk administrators are given authenticated “Intranet” dashboard access with virus-checked file management and instant messaging capabilities for team discussion.
Central to ChurchDesk is the fully integrated “Calendar” feature where scheduling notifications, booking employees or volunteers and allocating rooms for events can take place. With “Planning” users can then create customized events comprising multiple tasks, while providing an overview of how each has been assigned. The system also includes church website setup capabilities from customizable themes, promising responsive performance on mobiles, social media integrations and support for collecting donations.
