Basically, you'll click on a box to edit it, and then the page pauses and thinks for a moment before allowing you to edit. When doing a lot of edits in a row, it can be very annoying.

The way Donor Perfect currently treats donor couples, it requires combining two members of a couple into one donor ID, or keeping individuals separate and losing details of their combined giving.

It takes at least 8 clicks (Reports > Report Center > choose report > four clicks to set period > hit Run Report) and a little time drinking coffee before you can see the answer.

It is an amazing product, but I often wonder if we need to make a change because there are a lot of things we don't use about it, like the forms, because they don't look very good on our website, and they payment forms, because the processing fees are a lot.
