Before Eleo we could not generate monthly thank you receipts, and we had to maintain a separate Excel spreadsheet of newsletter subscribers in order to email them through Mailchimp.  

Furthermore, Eleo's comprehensive privacy policy instills a sense of trust and security for our team.

I was initially attracted to the monthly cost, which fit my budget.   But when I saw the demo, and started asking questions of the staff I realized, the Eleo platform was very good.  

In summary, Eleo Online stands out as an exceptional CRM, marrying functionality with user experience, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

The library is full of downloadable instruction modules and videos.

Everything was very simple and easy to get started including the option for historical data to be loaded in.

This product is very easy to implement, the service and support is fantastic, the reporting features and calendar integrations are great and there is plenty of room for growth with this as our donor management system.

There are certain things small things missing that need to be addressed, such as adding images to letter templates.

My one complaint if I had to have one is that couples are only listed by one person's name and then the other is listed as a spouse.

We chose eleo because of its ability to keep track of couples with different last names.

Since we've been using the platform, we've been reaching out for assistance & they've implemented solutions and/or addressed our concerns in the most professional & timely way possible!

The support has been outstanding. Whenever we reach out, we hear back within 24 hours. And it's great that we usually are dealing with the same people so they know our platform and our needs.
