I mainly use the donation portion of Keela so did not respond to the email marketing portion of Keela.    

The platform is pretty easy to learn compared to some larger CRMs, and I liked having donor tracking, email campaigns, and reporting all in one place.

As of today our organisation has 3 support tickets open for multiple working days, and there has been no communication about any of these.

The inconvenience of having to make updates/changes when it's the same change for multiple logs. If an impact area needs to be changed to something else or moved under a different category, there is no "select all" or "move" button (think emails) and so I would have to individually go through every single log to make the change which requires several steps.

The automation tools also help save time with follow ups and donor communication.

This is a poor user experience, and does not encourage us to use the segmentation tool, in case it is deprecated again in future.

I continue to learn, improve, and streamline to save myself time and effort down the line. Plus, the people behind the Velora suite are quite responsive and helpful!
