Arbiter Pay helps K–12 schools, districts, and state associations pay officials, event workers, and 1099 staff. Designed for athletic directors, school bookkeepers, district finance teams, and large event operations.
With Arbiter Pay, schools can send digital payments right after a game or event. Each payment is tied directly to the event schedule and assignment, so administrators always know who worked, what they earned, and when they were paid. Users can pay individuals or groups at once, customize fees for travel, mileage, or game types, and see every transaction in an organized dashboard.
Users can view account balance, search payout history, track budgets, and manage school-wide or district-wide workflows. The platform automatically collects W-9s, tracks 1099 totals throughout the year, and organizes payout records for audits and reporting. Once a payment is issued, funds can be sent via direct deposit or to a reloadable debit card, and every payee can track their payments from the Arbiter mobile app.
From single-school athletic departments to multi-school districts and statewide associations, the platform adapts to the workflow and volume.
