Asset Panda is extremely easy to use, and customize. Right out of the gate it is easy to configure and setup, support is excellent.

Honestly? I don't really have any. I enjoy the software and all it's features. I DO, however wish Asset Panda also made a CMMS solution. Yes, I can mimic one with Asset Panda, however it would take a lot for me to put together. I'd LOVE if you guys make one. Take a look at UpKeep. Something like that? ;-)

The dashboard and profile page for each piece of equipment gives ease of accessability when uploading or retrieveing information. Barcodes, photographs and work orders that allows you to attcah files, docs and pics is agreat feature to file information and chronological works on equipment.

I find the mobile application easier to use than the desktop version, also it only worked in Chrome and not Safari as I am Mac user.

I like the asset and parts tracking ability. Also work orders are easy to create and maintain.

Part to Asset linking for multiple asset is rather difficult if you have the same assets uploaded before you make copies.

Help us work more efficient especially the work orders.

Asset list. Too many information are required.

Having full access to upkeep through the app is the best feature available. The ability to give anyone the ability to create work order yet restrict access to other areas makes it simple for people unfamiliar wit the program to use.

In the asset section there is no spot for the serial number

so far I like the ease of use and the mobility capabilities. Also like that you can add pictures to work orders

Ease of use. The tabs on the side are helpful. Good Customer Service. Being able to upload multiple assets at a time.

Having to change the location on both the meter tab and asset tab.

Upkeep is one of the easiest work order systems I have ever used. It is very user friendly and not convoluted like other work order systems.

Only thing I would like for Upkeep to have would be better asset management features.

Custom work orders would be valuable asset but no serious complaints. Great software overall for easy maintenance management .

Very easy to use and you can archive and search closed work orders later. The inventory section makes it very easy to keep track of what you have.

Feel that it needs a history tab in the assets section to log notes about each asset. Other than that Its great

Accessibility. The mobile app allows me to access asset info and the work order data base from anywhere.

Deleting work orders can be tricky and glitches with modifying reoccurring scheduled work orders. Had a few instances where I had to delete the work order and recreate it, since I was not able to modify the scheduled days.

This is easy to use and setup. They have nice tutorials and customer support to help along the way.

There are some extra asset fields that we would like to track and search on, but there is a limit to those.

Upkeep is a easily accessible app to work with your scheduled tasks which is more important that can be reached from your desktop, lap and even the phone. You can create work orders, update them on time as well as to get notifications on the tasks etc which makes your business performance updated on time.

Asset inventory update is really doing great in here.but need to have the accuracy level maintained correctly otherwise may get into wrong decisions

User management and asset management is still a bit shakey and at times not the sharpest but it does look it is improving

UpKeep makes quite easy to get a good picture of the asset allocation thanks to the good level of the reports available

Some functionalities are a bit “hidden”, some additional training material would be useful to use UpKeep at its full potential

Mobile platform, off line usage capabilities and asset management. Upkeep website and blog are great ways to keep up with the industry

Cost of product is limiting for small companies with few users. I wish that features could be turned on and off as we would not use all the features that come with the paid plans

It is simple to use and very efficient in keeping track of your assets and work orders. Its task scheduling feature is very useful. Its request and approval features are also very impressive and helped in promoting the efficiency of our maintenance team.

Recurring task cannot be changed once scheduled before the completion time which is not at all a desired feature.

Ease of use, upkeep stays up to date, quick to implement changes. heavy focus on mobile app.

While I like that they are quick to implement changes they recently removed a feature that allows mobile users to see work history on a scanned asset. This method of viewing completed work orders is crucial to our team members so they can learn from the whole team. Also, it’s fairly expensive and there is no good way to create/print asset tags from the software.

The ability to filter work orders in a number of ways to ensure the best outcome. We are still exploring all of the capabilities and learn new and useful features every day.

I would like a more customisable report feature. Perhaps a report menu with a number of pre-defined reports based on asset; property, user, due date and priority.

Very easy for staff to submit request and add as much detail as possible. Asset management is a breeze with the set up provided.

i would like for there to be a way to notify requesters the status of their work order progress a little better.

The asset workorder tracker. It allows me to know what work has been done to each piece of equipment and the cost of repairs.

The search engine. When searching for a part, sometimes you have to make sure the part name in the search bar completely matches the part that you are looking for.

The ease of navigation compared to more complex programs like Maximo or SAP makes this a very user friendly CMMS software.

When building the hierarchy of our equipment not being able to drill the child asset past one level made it cumbersome to add everything in like we wanted to.
