it is easy to use not only for fleet managers, but also for human resources and controlling depatments. Everything is easily accessable and quickly viewable. The customer service department is incredible. They are ready to assist from day one and are always there if you should need them. The software is continuously coming out with updates, making it better and better each month. By far the best software available for the money!
Cons
Set-up process for vehicle and drivers can be daunting if you dont have files ready for import, but customer service will help you get it set-up quickly.
Could have more printable reports in more formats that excel.

I signed up with Avrios while looking for a solution that could optimize the efficiency of my fleet. I was immediately impressed by some of the features, and the software was more dynamic than I imagined. For every vehicle, it enables you to enter descriptive information, maintenance records, tire purchases, fuel logs, service schedules, and a lot more. The data it generated helps us to keep up with fuel, maintenance, and drivers. The software also generates several automated reports that act as a log of all vehicle history, including depreciation, labor expenses and costs per mile. One of the highlights was that I could add critical details in real-time and they were immediately updated by the software. One downside I found is that they do GPS Tracking separately from their system. I don't know how many other companies use that though. P.S. The support team is rapid when it comes to response times.
