It’s really not the most attractive software in terms of looks or other fancy stuff but definitely has the main basic functions that are needed for operating a “smaller” landscape company.

Some messaging functions are only available with a template and dont allow you to do a custom message

Only con I see is that you cant fully customize the automated text. And the fact that scheduling jobs like snow removal thats on a very irregular schedule is challenging because you have to manually input each person every time.

I love that with this tool we can adjust schedules in real-time improving on efficiency.

We've been really happy with it overall.   As we continue to grow I think we'll be looking for more features - really dialing in profitability, etc. - but for our size right now Crew Control meets our needs.  

The ability to send crew leaders their schedules directly to their phone is awesome!

The integration with Service Titain allows effective CRM management.

It allows our text in the field to alert our clients when they're in route or when their job has been completed.

It’s a great tool for managing field service operations with minimal hassle.

I would say that it does not work in bad cell reception areas, which is expected.  

Customer support is amazing too notch , scheduling is perfect and overall accessibility is perfect.

What I like least about Crew Control is the limitations on affordability.

CAW Portal - Customers cant login without customer numbers or other issues, you have to send them a link manually for them to get setup. If they want to pay online this is the only option (that doesn't work) and the balance isn't correct, the discounts are not applied correctly, or better yet they have a list of services they are signed up for cant pay for all of them at once only maybe 1 or 2 on the list they could pay.
