Detailed functionality makes it ideal for most aspects of managing staff scheduling, timekeeping, and outputting to payroll.

Managers can see the schedule and current punch-in information, and communicate with the whole staff through the app.  

The pay and payment process could be more transparent, especially when reviewing total hours before payroll is finalized.

This can be frustrating when, for example, an employee returns early from a doctor's appointment, thinks they have punched in, but their supervisor finds out when approving timesheets that the punch was not logged.

I love that you can assign shifts, remove shifts, swap and edit shifts easily.

I find it a very useful platform where you can see the scheduled shifts and work schedules where you can have a perfect organization of time in the teams having the adequate control for the programming and assistance.

What I most like about it, it is the fact that it merges different function, it is very useful and incredible how it literality serves to different areas of my company from HR with the job descriptions to the managers to better understanding the time management and the scheduling of work.

I also appreciate how it centralizes shift management , making communication between staff and management more efficient.

The software is amazing due to the amount of things you can do with it, from organize the company schedules - saving time and money and helping, until creating very efficient work schedule as much as time tracking and management help.

Deputy is an intuitive tool and it's one of my favorites because it can build many schedules in a matter of minutes and not have you forget essential aspects like employee skills, costs, and locations.

Some crashes occur that prevent the full active schedule from being displayed at once, it may require reloading the page more than once to resolve the issue.

The app sometimes freezes randomly when using, especially when wanting to start a shift, and overall, it's a very slow app, when clicking on any function it will take ages to load the information, I wish this was improved as soon as possible because I want to be able to use the app without worrying.

Deputy also considers the legal parameters and makes sure that everything is on the right track, taking in consideration paid breaks, vacation, and premium pay.

I wish there was a different view for monthly schedules as well.

That I could schedule my employees and process payroll from one program.

Deputy has most of the functionality we are looking for in a timeclock application.  

My only issue with this software has got to be the mobile application, it has too many bugs and it's quite an inconvenience to use even though it should be useful for when we're not using our desktops.

Integration with Xero was limiting to ensure payrol was run correctly without errors.
