DigiGreet overview

What is DigiGreet?

DigiGreet is a visitor management software designed to help organizations request digital signatures from contractors and visitors. The application enables businesses to store visitors’ contact, health and safety, and other details in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Using DigiGreet’s badge printing functionality, administrators can create and print badges with labels including visitors’ names, photos, company logos, whom they are visiting, and other details. It provides a host of features including automated reminders, data storage management, access control, visitor and contractor fob scanning, feedback management, a staff portal, and more. It lets employees verify required documents of guests, grant entry permits, and generate custom reports about the number of guests present in a building in real-time.

DigiGreet facilitates integration with Paxton Net2, an access control system, which allows managers to handle the door access for staff members, contractors, and visitors. The platform also allows businesses to personalize the interface using custom logos, colors, and themes.
