Very happy with DocuSign, never really worked with other products except for our Contract system PandaDoc, which on the signing side is a little clunkier
DocuSign is easy to use and has become ubiquitous. I find it very difficult to doing things the old (print, sign, scan, email / fax).
Sometimes it can be annoying for people we send things to sign but that is more of a function on their end if they have not used before.

This is God sent, because l cannot begin to count the time saved in chasing for signatures. Again it is the most popular signature software on the market with over 70% market share, and it has a free trial of 30 days. It is also very easy to use. The only drawback is the inability to edit documents that have been uploaded.
Our clients no longer needed to sign document severally as this is captured by Docusign. Cuts down the time dealing with directors who do not have time to always sign documents This can be connected to over 350 apps. Payment methods can added to Docusign, where there is a need to do so.
When documents have been uploaded, it is difficult to edit them. Only a selected type of documents can be uploaded - PDF, Excel, and Docx. Can be expensive when compared with competitors like PandaDoc.

It is a great, streamlined option for adding contracts and sending them out for signatures. It offers great tracking options as well so you can see when counterparts have viewed, etc.
I find it difficult to set up templates the way I would like. What I have ended up doing is customizing contracts in other software, then uploading that PDF to DocuSign, adding the required counterpart inputs, then sending. I would prefer to automate all/most of that workflow with templates. This could be easily done with a drag-and-drop option like PandaDoc offers. Simlarly, it is difficult/cumbersome to align counterpart inputs without a grid/snap-to-position feature like some creation software options offer. Instead, DocuSign just has a freehand drop option.

I use it instead of docusign and docsend. The price for an individual is same as two systems together, but easier to have it all combined in one place Nice way to make templates
The process to assign signers to the document is more intuitive in Docusign.

The look and feel once you send out a document feels and represents you well.
The pain that most b2b customers want to use something lame like docusign Tracking redlines

It's used for electronic signatures. overall it's really great
It's similar to docusign. You use it to send documents for electronic signatures. It's really great.
When you are using the free trial you can only send one document at a time. you can't combine 2 documents in one send

Good product that meets my basic business needs. Ultimately went with DocuSign for the extra features.
- Meets my basic use case needs for uploading documents and getting signatures from non co-locates business partners
- Less intuitive to use than DocuSign and not as fully featured, but perhaps it might be cheaper depending on promotions

PandaDoc is an easy-to-use tool that simplifies the process of signing contracts, invoices and even incorporation documents; PandaDoc provides exceptional security, allowing stakeholders to sign documents with confidence. PandaDoc also provides templates that make it easy to create different types of contracts.
We have not had any problems with the implementation of this tool; it is a very good alternative to DocuSign.

Digital e-signatures for the company. For proposals, authorization forms, interviews, etc.
Main advantage over Docusign is that it's free tier and also it's way easier for salespeople to use with it's interchanging block and templates. Makes it easier to send proposals and doc if you have more than one package. Easier to use than docusign which is a plus.
A lot of times when sending via email, it'll get lost in spam. And the worse part about it is, they know about this and they still put the sending from your own @company domain only at the highest pricing plan (Enterprise).

Good but not great. The software works and does the trick, but the UX/UI isn't necessarily the best one.
The pros lie really in how you can store and manage different documents templates.
UX/UI isn't really good. Guides aren't so great either. Coming from Docusign, this is a clear downgrade in my opinion.

I like how there is a place for which emails it gets sent to.
I don't like it, its not as easy as Docusign. The problem could be I am more familiar with DocuSign that the way you navigate in PandaDoc is a lot more steps and I always mess up on who gets sent what. I am constantly having to resend things. My colleagues and I don't enjoy it.

Easy and secure document signing which is critical especially since my team works 100% remotely and in 3 countries.
Interface is very easy to use; way more features than Docusign when it comes to functionalities that the platform is capable of supporting.
There really isn't much to dislike. I like everything about it. It looks great, it works great, and its affordable.

Docusign. Being able to send this across the nation and get a legal signature and response to a contract or proposal anytime.
Great functionality and different options. Great flexibility. Love the content library. Love love love the integration with Hubspot (can you now make an invoice system that does the same).
Customer support. I want to call someone instantly if I have a major problem. Its complicated by nature. I do like the videos, but I do want to have an account manager that I call for help.

Great. Super simple and easy to use. Help close deals quickly with electronic signatures.
It is super easy to use. Great for collecting electronic signatures and managing the workflow. Seems to be on par with competitors like Docusign
Not much. it seems to be a good alternative and is relatively inexpensive to boot. I like it a lot. Everything has worked as promised.

Enjoy using Panda Doc, only wish it had the profit/margin visibility on a line item basis. Other than that we have been very satisfied.
Flexibility in templates and budgets - real time visibility of document tracking and DocuSign. Love the APP and that I can access proposals from anywhere.
No visibility on profit/margin %s on a line item / Individual SKU basis - only on the bottom line cost. Poor design

I can store my signed documents online.
The field drag-and-drop feature is great because it allows me to quickly format a document. I also like how it shows you how much time the client spent on each page of the document. There are many other awesome business-related features I'm aware of, but have not had the chance to implement.
I wish there was an option where I could put the same field in the same place on each page of the document, just like in DocuSign.

We switched over from DocuSign to have more capability to design astetically pleasign proposals and contarcts for our customers. It has been a huge improvement.
Pandadoc is a one-stop shop for contract design and flow management. Although users are somewhat constrained during the design process of a document template, this can be managed with a working knowledge of CSS. Customer service is pretty good, although I think their onboarding process is a little over-the-top and should be more customized. I didn't think we needed 4+ meetings for onboarding.
It's currently impossible when designing templates to know simple things like the size and font of copy you're using. I'm told this will be fixed in a future iteration

PandaDoc has a lot of room for growth; it simply does not have the ease of the other e-sig vendors and I've used them all. While a lot of features are just released/on the roadmap- we've been using it for a year and it's been a tough ride. Looking forward to this being comparable to the other leaders in this space.
People signing contracts and it's integration into SFDC.
Functionality- too much to say. I've given feedback in the past as well. When this offers all the features that docusign offers- then you've got a great product.

Great to have major business processes congregated inside 1 package. Before I had to use separately DocuSign and DocuSend, and so on. PandaDoc is all in one
Some minor interface complications, but that is probably because the company is so young, and they are fixing the baby bugs, one at a time.

I was hesitant at first; however, it was easy to adapt to being familiar with Docusign. Customers have not had any issues completing the PandaDoc forms.
I like that PandaDoc is much cheaper than other other sales processing software. Transitioning was not as difficult as I thought it would be.
Time consuming to set up. I have been told there are other softwares at a better price. So far customers are not having please with the checkout process.

I have been a recipient of PandaDoc documents to sign documents, but overall I found it to be very user friendly. I used DocuSign in the past and compared to that PandaDoc appears to be a good alternative.
The ease of use is what I like most about this software. The software makes it easy to access, sign and download a copy of the document. The free version though limited in features also makes this an attractive software.
As a user I didn't find anything in this software that I could say is I like the least although for a recent document I was supposed to get, I was told by the administrator they were having issues with Pandadoc sending out some forms to people.

Overall, the customer success team has been very responsive, and PandaDoc keeps rolling out new products to improve their offerings. I definitely prefer this to uploading a PDF to Docusign - the fact that it syncs with Pipedrive, and offers an easy Slack integration are both enormously helpful.
We had previously built our own hacked together proposal automation system using Zapier, Google Docs, and Pipedrive's open APIs. This has simplified things so much - now, whenever a customer requests a proposal or contract, we can very easily turn out a customized document to send over for their exact use case. I also like that unlike sending PDFs, PandaDoc gives you real analytics around when people viewed the document and what pages they read - this has helped us improve our proposals overall.
The template features - especially the word processing ones - could still use a bit more work. For example, for contracts, you can't use easily use an automated outline format (I., A. 1.) and sometimes the bullet points/numbering systems they do have can be a bit buggy.

I've used other platforms like Adobe and Docusign. Panda Doc is our preferred e-signature partner. Easy to learn and use. It's accelerated contract closings and gives our sales team insight though the proposal process. Tight, out of the box integration with our other platforms make Panda Doc a no-brainer.

Wanted a repository to share documents, proposals, videos, sales materials, etc. with sales people around the world.
I like that when you send documents to a client, you don't have to upload any attachments, the documents are web-based. It has a legally binding DocuSign type of function. You can track when people open up your documents, how long they spent on each page and if forwarded. Great account support.
It is not useful for RFP responses. Too many price add-ons for functionalities that should be included.

We adopted this system to send out our organization's legal documents, and so far the experience has been great. I would highly recommend this e-signature product.
The interface to send out documents is great, and there are some better features offered than the other competitors (such as masked fields, a proposal making function, attachments you can make to the document, and a signature authentication page with each agreement). PandaDocs offers basically the same function as DocuSign, but it has some additional features and the cost is considerably cheaper.
Sometimes depending on the email server, the automated email sent by PandaDocs gets sent into the partners junk mail. Doesn't integrate with SharePoint.

I’m extremely frustrated with PandaDoc’s lack of support. The have taken absolutely NO ownership of their performance issues and claim they cannot troubleshoot my problem. Funny that this all started after they rolled out some product updates early in 2019. Stay away!
I purchased this software for its integration capabilities with Pipedrive. I spent weeks building out templates and entering tokens for seamless connection with our CRM.
This software has serious performance issues. All was working well until about 6 weeks ago, when the platform started to move painfully slow. I’ve literally had 50+ customer complaints as they are unable to use the software to sign documents that we send. At this point, we are using PandaDoc to merge the fields only. We then download the proposal and upload in DocuSign to send to our clients.
Thank you so much for your honest feedback; we really appreciate you taking the time to reflect on your experience with us. In the past year, our team has introduced a brand new editor based on feedback like yours. With better performance overall and new features such as the ability to link an existing document to a deal in Pipedrive, we are more equipped than ever to help your team close more deals, faster. If you're still in the market for a document automation platform, drop us a line and our team would be happy to show you Editor 2.0. Thanks again, Michael, and have a great day!

Creating proposals takes a fraction of the time because of the templates. I can also send videos to customers in the documents I want them to sign. It makes things more efficient and saves money.
I really liked DocuSign and used it for quite some time, but it always left a little something to be desired. Then I found PandaDoc. I made the switch because PandaDoc allows you to include videos in your proposals/templates - in my business, sending videos increases conversions. I also like the fact that you can integrate PandaDoc with Hubspot, because you can send proposals that are hyper-personalized with the tags you've created.
A couple people have told me that stuff sent from PandaDoc goes to their spam folder. Maybe it's because they're in financial services and the spam folders tend to be stricter, but it is something I've noticed.

Although they offer a certificate after both parties signed the document, Adobe PDF doesn't recognize the signatures for some reasons. DocuSign, for example, will be recognized by Adobe and the pdf will pop up a line saying: Signed and all signatures are valid. It doesn't mean that PandaDoc is not legal-binding, but we just want to make sure the documents will look great for our Fortune 500 clients.
-The interface is easy-to-use -Templates are very nice and convenient -The pricing table feature is awesome
