One system for different processes

2019-01-14

Pros

I use it instead of docusign and docsend.

Cons

The process to assign signers to the document is more intuitive in Docusign.

Good tool for designed templates

2018-11-27

Pros

The look and feel once you send out a document feels and represents you well.

Cons

The pain that most b2b customers want to use something lame like docusign Tracking redlines

Good tool to use.

2017-06-05

Docusign. Being able to send this across the nation and get a legal signature and response to a contract or proposal anytime.

Pros

Great functionality and different options. Great flexibility. Love the content library. Love love love the integration with Hubspot (can you now make an invoice system that does the same).

Cons

Customer support. I want to call someone instantly if I have a major problem. Its complicated by nature. I do like the videos, but I do want to have an account manager that I call for help.

Excellent platform for proposal and contract creation.

2019-01-20

We switched over from DocuSign to have more capability to design astetically pleasign proposals and contarcts for our customers.

Pros

Pandadoc is a one-stop shop for contract design and flow management. Although users are somewhat constrained during the design process of a document template, this can be managed with a working knowledge of CSS. Customer service is pretty good, although I think their onboarding process is a little over-the-top and should be more customized. I didn't think we needed 4+ meetings for onboarding.

Cons

It's currently impossible when designing templates to know simple things like the size and font of copy you're using. I'm told this will be fixed in a future iteration

Docusign WISHES they were Panda Doc.

2018-03-22

Easy and secure document signing which is critical especially since my team works 100% remotely and in 3 countries.

Pros

Interface is very easy to use; way more features than Docusign when it comes to functionalities that the platform is capable of supporting.

Cons

There really isn't much to dislike. I like everything about it. It looks great, it works great, and its affordable.

So far, so good. It has met about 90% of my needs. Good customer service and easy to use.

2017-05-31

I can store my signed documents online.

Pros

The field drag-and-drop feature is great because it allows me to quickly format a document. I also like how it shows you how much time the client spent on each page of the document. There are many other awesome business-related features I'm aware of, but have not had the chance to implement.

Cons

I wish there was an option where I could put the same field in the same place on each page of the document, just like in DocuSign.

Good for SMB- not for Enterprise

2016-12-13

PandaDoc has a lot of room for growth; it simply does not have the ease of the other e-sig vendors and I've used them all. While a lot of features are just released/on the roadmap- we've been using it for a year and it's been a tough ride. Looking forward to this being comparable to the other leaders in this space.

Pros

People signing contracts and it's integration into SFDC.

Cons

When this offers all the features that docusign offers- then you've got a great product.

Great effort from rising startup!

2019-01-08

Pros

Before I had to use separately DocuSign and DocuSend, and so on.

Cons

Some minor interface complications, but that is probably because the company is so young, and they are fixing the baby bugs, one at a time.

PandaDoc is the best e-signature & proposal software on the market!

2018-05-04

We have shortened our sales cycle, increased our conversion rate, can generate proposals much faster, and can e-sign any document all through PandaDoc. The platform is second to none!

Pros

PandaDoc can match all the e-signature features of a market leader like DocuSign or Adobe, but PandaDoc does a whole lot more.

Cons

The font size in the platform (when I'm on my laptop) is really small. I have pretty good eye sight, but sometimes it's hard to see what you're typing. That's my only complaint though!

Pros

I've used other platforms like Adobe and Docusign. Panda Doc is our preferred e-signature partner.

We have a positive experience with PandaDoc.

2018-01-17

Although they offer a certificate after both parties signed the document, Adobe PDF doesn't recognize the signatures for some reasons. DocuSign, for example, will be recognized by Adobe and the pdf will pop up a line saying: Signed and all signatures are valid.

Pros

-The interface is easy-to-use -Templates are very nice and convenient -The pricing table feature is awesome

Very Disapponting - TIME and MONEY Wasted

2019-03-03

I’m extremely frustrated with PandaDoc’s lack of support. The have taken absolutely NO ownership of their performance issues and claim they cannot troubleshoot my problem. Funny that this all started after they rolled out some product updates early in 2019. Stay away!

Pros

I purchased this software for its integration capabilities with Pipedrive. I spent weeks building out templates and entering tokens for seamless connection with our CRM.

Cons

We then download the proposal and upload in DocuSign to send to our clients.

Love this software - switched from DocuSign

2018-06-16

Creating proposals takes a fraction of the time because of the templates. I can also send videos to customers in the documents I want them to sign. It makes things more efficient and saves money.

Pros

I really liked DocuSign and used it for quite some time, but it always left a little something to be desired.

Cons

A couple people have told me that stuff sent from PandaDoc goes to their spam folder. Maybe it's because they're in financial services and the spam folders tend to be stricter, but it is something I've noticed.

Excellent. Combines several software tools into one platform and can edit documents on the fly.

2015-07-24

At my last company, I used Word and Docusign, which took a long time if I wanted to build a custom proposal (with more than merge fields for name, company, Etc).

PandaDoc rakes in the revenue for our sales team!

2016-12-13

After trying DocuSign, we realized that PandaDoc had more flexibility and overall better usability for our team.

Pros

flexible & easy to use

Cons

I don't like the way some images are managed in the system. Sometimes requires some photoshopping, to get them "just right."

Saves a lot of time without a loss of proposal quality

2015-07-29

For some time, my team and I were using a combination of Pages and DocuSign. While this solution worked well, it was cumbersome, not optimized for collaboration, and required a learning curve for new team members to adopt it.
