Pros

I have always had a great experience with this software easy and accessible gets what you need to do done quickly and both parties are happy.
And the ease of use with the convenience it provides for all your signing legal documents makes this a great product. Had given me overall a great experience each time that I had used it.
I really like the fact that it is a very secure website to sign important and legal documents and send them safely over the internet.

Pros

It said that the message seemed very important so they were going to give me a free credit to help. I was floored and beyond thankful because it was a very important doc.
Overall, my experience has been somewhat good. I think it is a great resource for any and everyone to use.
It is easy to use, professional looking, and appealing to both clients and agents as well. Great customer support too.

Cons

Every contact with customer service was a failure. It's a real shame that such a big company can release such a bad API / SDKs...the worst API integration I have ever made.
At first, I missed one document that I had to go back and sign once I found the correct email. This is probably more user error, but it did make it more confusing.
My business did more for our customers than our contract required - because it's the right thing to do. I was very disappointed in DocuSign that they automatically charged my credit card.

Cons

Every once in awhile my clients don't receive their contracts, which is strange. It's not frequent, and I supposed it could be human error.
I think sometimes the finished signed documents get lost and they don't send them out to everyone once they are completed.
So far, I have problems integrating the application with Evernote and can’t download the templates. In some cases, loading documents is very slow.

Pros

More and more institutions have started using DocuSign signed documents now. Administrative processes have become way simpler due to the easy JSON API integration that is provided. The dashboard provides comprehensive information which makes it easy to track individual documents.

Cons

Pricing is a bit on the expensive end. Products like SignEasy have better pricing and thus, more suitable for SMEs. DocuSign also lacks a lot of customization options that are provided to users of other platforms.

Pros

SignEasy has a great user interface and has logical and useful integrations with third party products.

Cons

SignEasy does not meet as many security and compliance certifications as DocuSign. This implies better security with DocuSign, which is a core component of an eSignature service.

Smooth and used it weekly and daily for all new hire onboarding items and other HR business transactions.

Pros

The integration and user friendly capabilities that required really no training . I was able to get other team members seats and used the product like experts at day 1.

Cons

Some features have limitations and room for improvement is available compared to competitors like DocuSign and others.

Pros

I used DocuSign before and it was so choppy. SignEasy is smooth, efficient and has a much nicer looking interface.

Cons

To be honest I cannot think of a flaw yet. I have only had minimal use, but thus far the software is wondeful.

The name couldn't be any more truthful, it's pretty darn easy.

Even though I used it for a short time I did like it. It worked well, and I don't really have any complaints. I began using other apps that just had more market share, like docusign. Probably just because many of my clients already knew it, and used it.

Pros

The signature creation and the mobile signing capture are the most impactful in my opinion. If I didn't already pay for Adobe which allows me to pretty much do the same thing I would pay for this every month. I happened used the free trial. I kept adobe because my subscription came with more features.

Cons

It was naturally limited in its functionality for a user like me. I would pay $14 a month to have Adobe which can do a lot of the things I can do with this app and more. I also had docusign at some point. I used docusign because my business partner wanted to use it. However I would have preferred this. This is much more cost effective than docusign. I think they need to do a better job of marketing to let me know how it beats out the competition. That is usually what drives a decision for me. I ask what am I really getting for this price.

Much cheaper than other options, but with drawbacks

We still use them because they are a cheap option, and it works well if you stick within the parameters (only small batches, do a little at a time)

Pros

- Much less expensive than other options (Adobe, DocuSign) - fit into our NPO budget- Easy to set up- No limit on documents to be signed- Easy to use (if you follow the below parameters in the Cons list)

Cons

- We have experienced many issues with file batches- You cannot edit a batch of documents once you send it (can't "resend with amendments")- Will crash for signers if it has more than 10 pages- Very difficult to find signed documents in the system - you need to file them separately once they are signed- If there is an issue with a batch for some reason (if it fails, a signer accidentally denies signing, or if there is an issue with a document) you need to restart (add all the documents, manually add all the signature fields, etc.).

Affordable and consumer friendly secure document management tool

Overall experience was great. Signing a document is as easy as reading it from Google docs or any cloud storage provider, grad and drop the saved signature and store it back to the cloud.

Pros

We love this product. We use both iOS and Android version. Easy to use and affordable. Subscription is managed by Apple of Google. It has seamless integration with Google docs and other cloud storage providers to read/write documents. Its intuitive interface makes the document signing so easy.

Cons

Lack of workflow for document management like in docusign. Enterprise level functionality was missing at least in the version that we were using at that time. Monthly subscription is a bit expensive for a light user who may need the service a few times a month.

bitter sweet

Pros

It is fairly simple to use once setup is done

Cons

I have been struggling with my app recently, I purchased it last year fro a 12 month membership but for some reason the app is not working. Unfortunately it happened when I had to sign a critical document, hence I ended up downloading DocuSign , which I am currently using.

Easier than Docusign

In order to submit invoices, I need signatures from the clients that I serve to verify the work has been completed and this makes it so much easier than to go around and ask for a signature, scan the document and send it to the indicated person.

Pros

When I was looking into a program where I could get electronic signatures, I looked into various websites. I tried docusign but I was too confused with how it was set up. Then I found SignEasy and it was easier to use. I also like how I am able to remind the person to sign the document.

Cons

n/a I do not have any problems with Signeasy as of now

Super Impressed So Far

We need authorization forms signed for every tax return we file and we were going a very round about way to get these documents signed electronically for customers who couldn't make it into our office. Docusign was expensive and limited in what you could get for your money and our tax software was as well. Signeasy has been a WONDERFUL value, with excellent customer service, and virtually zero problems throughout the first few months of us using this program.

Pros

Everything has been super easy, from the purchase to sending documents. It's easy for our clients to understand as well.

Cons

I wish there was a way to encrypt and have customers type in a password to sign.

Easy to use and implement, great price.

Pros

It performs all the main tasks and is easy to use. Whenever we need there are also articles that help to understand the functionality or online support * I used email support only though.

Cons

Well, sometimes it needs a couple of seconds to update the page it could be faster in that moments. Also to send for a bulk submission you need to send a link in email, not that you can send the document from the program to separate people, but no problem with this, just it's made another way than Docusign, maybe it's even better... The blue color for signature is a bit strange, could be less electric and more like real blue pen.
