Easy and effective

Sertifi confuses a few clients, but most love it and the average period between sending a contract and getting it signed has shortened as a result.

Pros

Intuitive and takes only a short period of use to feel comfortable with, at least at a basic user level.

Cons

Only one concern which may be an admin setting that can be changed. Expired docs can only be unexpired for 24 hours (it seems) which isn't long enough.

Virtual Credit Cards

In the past, accounting would have to call the client for their complete credit card information to key into our PMS system. With Sertifi, the client can securely send this information and accounting can access it at any time to enter into the PMS system.

Pros

The ability for our clients to securely transmit their credit card information. We no longer have to play phone tag with clients for their complete card number.

Cons

One sales manager archived a request he'd sent to a client and I haven't found how to unarchive it - so we have to check the archive folder in case this happens again.

Made transitioning to remote work easy!

I love the product and the people. The site is very user friendly, and I can see in real time when signatures have been captured.

Pros

It is more user friendly than Docusign. I can edit and send as many documents as I need without having to working about overages or functionality problems. The Sertifi team has been amazing through the whole process!

Cons

Learning to format the documents to send out. Again I should stress that the Sertifi team has been amazing in teaching me and walking me through the whole process.

Easy to Use

Pros

Easy way to keep information digital for auditing purposes. Easy way for both vendor and customer to sign in and communicate documents, signature, and payments.

Cons

Search Feature. I wish I could default search to search all months all years for all files (perhaps save this search to a favorite) rather than have to select each time.

This is a great platform for vendors/ customers to share information and a secure place to hold payment information.

Pros

The website is easy to navigate and nice place to store/ share documents

Cons

No option to pre-authorize credit cards/ hold payments

Great app

We use Sertifi ( www.sertifi.com ) for sending our contracts for insurance agreements. It has been fantastic - cannot imagine doing business without esignatures.

Easily gets online signups SIGNED

Pros

Quickly send out a link to documents that need to be signed, customers can finish in minutes and voila! It's done!

Cons

Often seems to require matching signatures on different fields. Doesn't need to be that way for separate billing and waiver fields (i.e. someone paying for someone else's membership, race fee, etc). Solution is to send separate documents, but that's more to keep track of...
