Pros
Great experience, super easy and fast. I really appreciate making this so easy and I know the company appreciates not having to send out physical documents to employees.
Overall I am very happy with eversign and would happily recommend it to anyone interested.
It's been great helping me turn around contracts quickly, which is super important in a startup environment. The fact that it's also has a "freemium" version has contributed to me staying lean.
Cons
Sometimes customers struggle to "finish" and complete the signature job. Difficult to "rewind" when preparing without losing work.
Hard to find a dislike, but lack of ability to store documents. Some companies would pay a premium for this service.
There has been nothing about the software so far that I have disliked.

Best digital signature software!

Overall I've loved using eversign! As a paralegal and notary public it has met all of my needs. I've saved time and I know everything is secure. It's easy to use with other products like Dropbox or Google docs meaning you don't have to change your document storage location.

Pros

Eversign is great if you need authenticated signatures on legally binding documents. It is easy to use and simple but still has advanced and custom features. There are several templates to choose from and you can create custom autofill text. Sending the document out is quick and easy, even if you're sending to multiple people. Eversign allows you to upload your signature and can even generate a signature...

Cons

Eversign does not have a separate android and IOS app. At times the mobile version does not work properly, and I have lost my autofill data several times. The price is somewhat high if you need to use the more advanced features/versions.

Great for keeping track of contracts

Keeps us so organized with minimal effort

Pros

We use many contracts for many purposes and it's great to have once program keep track of who has received a contract and who has signed. It also automatically send reminders to those who don't sign right away. A real time-saver.

Cons

We sometimes have info we need the signer to fill in and although the software allows for that, they can also sign without completing all the info. Maybe there is a way to avoid that but I haven't found it yet

Flexible and Versatile E-Signature Solution

Xodo Sign helps us formalize relationships with clients and service providers when we outsource services. It has a simple interface that rarely confuses users. The platform allows you to import documents from cloud storage solutions such as Google drive enhancing user experience.

Pros

I like Xodo Sign because you can use it with different file type including pdf, Excel sheet, and Word documents. Our clients can sign documents in the comfort of their home or workplace by uploading a signature, using a customized and saved signature, or drawing one depending on their preferences. Contract templates helps us save time and make our agreements with clients official. Most clients don't have problems using Xodo Sign.

Cons

Like all cloud based platforms, documents with sensitive information could land in the wrong hands and expose a company or clients to identify theft. Someone using your device could append your signature if you leave it logged in. The signature drawing tool hardly creates a signature that is close to the real signature although there are other valid options.

Great system that is easy for us and our customers

We tried several different e-signature options and this one works best for us. We send a lot of one-off forms and signature pages to customers, and their pricing structure accommodates that so much better than any other company.

Pros

I love how easy it is for our customers. Even those who aren't comfortable with email in general like the ease and convenience of e-signing and this platform. The customer management section works well.

Cons

We send a lot of forms, and some of them are quite lengthy. Putting each individual checkbox, text box, radio button, etc. can be time consuming. It's a bit clunky when you have to add multiple elements throughout a document.It would be great if Xodo could recognize where blanks, checkboxes or radio buttons are in the document.Also, sometimes our customers skip important parts because there's no way to require them to make a choice between two checkboxes.
