Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

EntityFlo overview
What is EntityFlo?
EntityFlo is a corporate governance and entity management platform tailored for Australian corporate groups, family offices, investment funds, property developers, and professional services firms managing five to fifty legal entities. It centralises governance data that is typically dispersed across spreadsheets, email threads, shared drives, and document repositories into a unified system of record. The platform supports entity types such as proprietary limited companies, discretionary trusts, unit trusts, limited partnerships and self managed superannuation funds while maintaining alignment with Australian Securities and Investments Commission requirements. International operations are accommodated through support for New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Ireland jurisdictions.
The platform comprises six core modules that automate compliance and governance workflows. The Entity three sixty module delivers a consolidated register of all entities within the corporate group and includes officer appointment histories alongside multi jurisdictional support. The AI Compliance Engine applies deterministic jurisdiction specific rules to scan registers continuously for compliance gaps, generates health scores and surfaces upcoming obligations ninety days in advance with escalating alerts at thirty, fourteen and seven days before key deadlines. The Governance Hub automates drafting of board resolutions, meeting minutes and circular resolutions, incorporates built in digital signature collection and assembles board packs with complete audit trails linking decisions to outcomes. The Registry Sync module performs bi directional synchronization with ASIC databases, reconciles internal records against registry data to detect discrepancies before penalties arise and maintains immutable filing audit trails. The Structure Charts feature generates interactive visual representations of corporate structures, control chains and ownership arrangements, calculates ultimate beneficial ownership with trust look through logic and tracks intercompany loans and security arrangements. The Document Vault secures governance documents, access keys, identification credentials and certificates with role based access controls and links each document to the originating legal event or entity.
EntityFlo operates as a registered ASIC Digital Service Provider and integrates natively with ASIC systems to retrieve live registry data and lodge compliance forms electronically. Core ASIC functionality does not require third party services as the platform maintains direct connectivity to the Australian Business Register and taxation systems. International registry connectivity includes the New Zealand Business Number registry, Companies Office New Zealand, Companies House United Kingdom, Securities and Exchange Commission and state registries in the United States, Corporations Canada and the Companies Registration Office Ireland. API access enables integration with enterprise resource planning systems, accounting applications and document management platforms, with technical specifications configured during implementation.
The platform infrastructure continuously reconciles entity registers against official data sources to detect every discrepancy and to surface required remediations before they escalate to compliance failures. All changes are tracked and timestamped to support audit readiness and to provide institutional memory independent of personnel changes. The solution architecture supports scalable adoption from regional corporate groups to international portfolios while meeting industry security standards and privacy regulations. Advanced security certifications in progress include ISO two seven zero zero one and SOC two Type two, with full compliance to applicable data protection frameworks.
