What is Evocon?

Evocon is a cloud-based overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) solution that helps businesses track equipment downtime and monitor production performance across manufacturing processes in real-time. It enables professionals to generate customizable reports related to OEE, downtime, quantities, and cycle time.

Evocon allows enterprises to provide visual feedback to operators and facilitate communication among staff members via messaging. Administrators can secure production data by granting ‘read & write’ or ‘read-only’ permissions to specific employees, minimizing unauthorized access to data. Managers can identify technical issues, such as production downtime, and view real-time technical availability through the dashboard.

Evocon offers integration with various third-party ERP applications. It enables businesses to add new products to the platform with information including name, product group, code, and measuring unit. Users can filter production data by stations, products, shifts, or operators and export confidential files in CSV format. It also helps organizations embed custom widgets into websites and identify stop reasons across equipment using a barcode reader.
