The ExpandIT Service Portal acts as the gateway between customers and your business, allowing customers to book service appointments, track work orders, pay invoices online and access work order history and reports.

The ExpandIT Field Service gives your technicians in the field the information they need. Technicians can create, store and access reports, gather needed signatures on-site, work online and offline, and tack time and materials used on the jobs. Overall simplifying the workload on the technicians in the field and streamlining the reporting processes when putting information into the ERP.

The ExpandIT Resource Planning module creates the best work environment for your dispatchers. It allows dispatchers to track technicians and jobs with interactive geographical maps, adjust schedules on the planning board, and give real-time updates to field technicians and customers to make sure everyone is informed throughout the service process.
