I didn’t have to jump between a bunch of different systems to get things done, which made daily tasks a lot smoother and less frustrating.

Overall, my experience with FacilityOS was mostly positive. Once I got past the initial learning curve, it became a really useful tool for staying organized and keeping track of daily tasks.

There were moments where the system felt a little slow or had more steps than necessary, which could be frustrating, but it didn’t take away from the overall value.

Having everything in one system made work easier and helped cut down on confusion and missed details.

I liked being able to see updates in real time and knowing everyone was working from the same information.

There was some work that had to be done with the IT department to get them set up correctly. And they were very helpful.   

No real issues have presented themselves other than what we have experienced from a platform based problems.  

This is unnecessary and I've had to instruct my IT Teams to refuse this request.

I appreciate how many options I have for getting in - tapping open on my phone, face scan, code direct.  

There have been some instances where we've had a frozen Swiftlane screen and no one could get in the building until it was fixed.

I can also create Visitor Pins for specific people coming and going which also helps me see when they are here.

I also enjoy the pin feature to allow trusted family and friends to allow them access as well.
