Flottenmanager software is designed to support fleet managers and managing fleet transports. It aims to streamline fleet management processes largely by automation, such as fleet disposition, driver management, and word processing. The aim is to reduce the cost and effort involved in fleet management.
Due to its modular structure and the several available versions, Flottenmanager is suited for fleets of all sizes. To help streamline the process of onboarding, the user interface supports CSV and Excel data imports. There are also alternative interfaces available, including Cuxhaven and DATEV. Two core functions of Flottenmanager include a vehicle search and vehicle mask feature. The features give users quick access to data, such as mileage, costs, and fuel consumption. Additionally, users can see which vehicles are active or inactive in real-time.
The data can help users take appropriate actions when necessary. When short-term planning isn't enough, there is an option to view statistics. For example, fleet managers can gain insights into the fuel consumption and service history of particular vehicles. The analysis of statistics allows conclusions to be drawn regarding profitability, amongst other things.
