Finding events can be tricky at times. If there is not an alert but a driver says something happened between certain times, it gets tricky finding an event.

The inability to view a spreadsheet/ page of every technician and their weekly scores.

The report function still seems to have some glitches as I've submitted a couple tickets regarding issues with pulling reports.

It was pretty hard to get someone to install my device.

GPS Insight has a lot of great features but being able to see all around the truck and the driver has been a saving grace more than once already.

The web page that you log into for data is very user friendly.

Being a fleet mechanic, the service reminders help keep track with all services.

We seem to go in cycles where that can't get either the rate correct or the number of vehicles or both.

We were also able to set up an in-depth training with a few of our managers who would be using the application more than others.

the weekly reports have helped our scores quite a bit, as we are able to show our techs.

Ex: all vehicles was not populating ALL vehicles so had to go in individually to pull each report)

For those looking for a simple, effective and intuitive GPS solution, GPS Insight will fit your needs.

The integration with ServiceTitan was not ideal.

My only gripe is the consistent calls asking me to upgrade to video recording.

No ability to set in cab warnings without going through customer service.

Menu navigation is not exactly intuitive for the non technical staff using the system.

DOT Safety and Compliance manager

The only Con from me for Motive was it is very hard to get ahold of a live customer service agent.

Customer service is phenomenal. If there is a problem, they get it sorted out immediately without any hassles.

The app is pretty easy for the most part but if you ever have a question customer service is top notch, they always answer when I call, no long wait times, very nice and knowledgeable representatives.
