What is HEFLO?
HEFLO is cloud-based Business Process Management (BPM) software that helps users model, manage, and automate all business processes. The software comes with a set of key features including business rules management, process analysis, collaboration, lifecycle management, process change tracking, mapping, and process modeling and design. With HEFLO, process diagrams are stored in the cloud and can be accessed anytime, anywhere. Users can define processes, delegate responsibilities to the team, set deadlines, and standardize operations. The management panel enables users to make decisions based on real facts.
HEFLO keeps data in a hybrid database schema which involves the Aurora and Dynamo database. Redis cache technology maintains data memory and improves application performance. Data is replicated in three different zones. If one data center crashes, the other two are still available to meet application needs. HTTPS protocol encrypts data in transit between browser and servers. Modeling, publishing, automation, and monitoring tools include documentation management, image downloads, exportation and importation, version control, and more.
