Pros

HouseCall Pro was able to offer all the same functionality plus some amazing extras for less than it cost for me to do it myself. The best customer service I have ever had.
Housecall Pro is a cost-effective, user friendly choice for small businesses. The scheduling and reporting features are excellent, and, best of all, if we need something different.

Pros

The App is brilliant, but what makes it excellent is the Staff at PoweredNow. The customer service is first class, you really are treated as though you are there most important customer.
Powered now is very good for keeping organized especially when busy you can do from your phone... which is very good. And the staff are excellent.
I have been with Powered Know for over 3 years and have nothing but fantastic reviews. The system is very easy to use and there is always someone on hand to help out anytime of the day.

Cons

We came from a larger platform and reduced to HCP, there are many features missing from our previous software that we miss.
It was a little bit confusing that could be however because we never got taught how to use it but just figuring it out yourself it was a little difficult.
No integration with QB desktop, though I may be the only person who has that problem.

Cons

Lack of a bank register to track all income & expenses in one place, Unable to upload pdf files to projects (been told is coming soon though).
I have been a POWEREDNOW customer for 5 years, and it has developed really well any problems I get the customer back up is 2nd to none.
We need a estimate section instead of a quote or let us choose. Some of the set up options are a pain to adjust needs simplifying we are not all computer savy.
