We've been able to simplify and streamline our communication workflow between the office and plumbing team. It is much more transparent. The amount of money we are saving each since switching from expensive providers like ServiceTitan has been tremendous.
Housecall Pro user interface is easy to use on both desktop cloud and mobile app. Easy to book appointments-->dispatch to the team with no issues. We the ability to also manage the team out in the field without being tied to the office all the time. Their community on Facebook is by far one of the best and most interactive and helpful to all.
This product has been awesome and there are no negative feedback.

We had good experiences with them a few years ago but recently has been awful
How easy it was to switch to Housecall Pro
That we wasted over 8 weeks trying to get the software set up and every single time we contacted support we had to start the process over, from scratch

bad experience
the best features were phone calls being recorded and bio links sent out other then that no better the house calls pro
Costs way to must , after wanting to leave after my 1 year agreement was up. Service Titan told me that in the agreement I signed, it stated that the contract Auto renews unless 30 days written notice was given to them. they are a money hungry company that will charge you for any of there features and there charges are not cheep. don't get trapped like me.

I appreciate having such a powerful tool in our toolkit. It's nice to have more than a CRM.
The all in one capacity and potential of the software. The ability to manage everything from one place.
Customer Service takes a while to solve issues and communicate. The Marketing Pro feature can use some improvement, though it's far above what the competitors offer.

Second to none customer service. Old school type service with new school technology. One the cons is you can't bypass any steps with the software as far as dispatching and scheduling, but that is also from a managers standpoint the biggest pro. Service Titan implements new ideas on the fly. They listen to the end users. Product development us unmatched which is why they've become a leader. I've on boarded with other software platforms where they just sell you the software and basically leave to fly at the seat of your pants. Service Titan is the polar opposite. You have someone assigned to your every move.

No good. Lack of support. Lack of communication. Overall I believe the choice I made to take my small, family owned business to service titan is the biggest mistake I made. We struggled with little and help and nearly went out of business as I was busy mostly working on my crm vs growing my business. I do not recommend for small shops. Make sure you have the ability to have a dedicate software manager on your payroll
More permission control's the other software. Extensive reporting.
Where do we begin? Support cannot solve challenges with any other issue other then user error. They always send an email to connect you to you " success manager" who essentially is a middle man between you and the department over what ever feature your having issues with.
