Pros

I love that the engineers of the software are constantly changing it to better the software. Then there is a notification of what has changed and how it will benefit the user moving forward.
It is very user friendly, the staff is always very fast to respond to my chat or emails and they really do their best to thoroughly take care of all my needs or concerns.
Love the integration with phone lines, great messaging board with technicians, great marketing tracking.

Pros

For just starting out my business and coming from more expensive software it was the best descision I made to help keep everything organized and flowing. Great choice for any tech to use.
Scheduling features are nice and intuitive compared to your competitors software. Ability for team to easily access service history and customer equipment is also a huge benefit to us.
I like how it can do so much and you have the option to run your business how you would like. I like the Pricebook and creating options.

Cons

Before starting with ServiceTitan, it was as if you couldn't get them to leave you alone, but after starting with them at times it was difficult to even get a hold of someone for anything.
The sales person was clueless about what the software was, what it actually does.
Then to find out the data technicians will wipe out everything back to the stone ages again and again or just create some entirely new problem.

Cons

Software is not working well for us as we have single customers with alot of individual site and units to keep up with.
Hard to view all customers in database at a glance. Only displays a portion at a time.
With Field Pulse, I will primarily only need to work on complex estimates, back-up of data, and accounting audits from my computer at home. That will cut my workload down significantly.
