IUNGOMail serves as the central channel for multi-channel collaboration between buyer organizations and their suppliers. The platform includes a Business Data Integration Service to facilitate data exchange and connectivity with existing enterprise systems. Combined with automation capabilities for IUNGOMail receipt, the architecture serves as an alternative to traditional supplier portals by providing dedicated supplier areas for interaction, request responses and relationship management within the procurement ecosystem.
