Pros
I like that the system was very robust with a lot of features that make it great to keep internal controls in place while still being user friendly.
The clear approvals documented in the system are great for audit trail documentation. The ability to tag employees and leave comments on invoices/requests are extremely useful as well.
Procure Desk was very easy to learn how to use. I like that I can monitor the approval process at every step, and that all my previous POs are still visible and accessible to me.
Cons
Prior to ProcureDesk our purchasing system was a mess. We researched the available options and made the choice to go with ProcureDesk.
There is no payment option within ProcureDesk currently.
Late changes to requests are difficult as well, but I think that incentivizes that people get their requests accurate the first time around.

Overall, we are very happy with ProcureDesk. The ease of use and the amount of time and money saved by having punchouts with e-invoicing. That has automated a lot of our procure to pay process. Also, how quick the team is to implement our asks/ suggestions and get new punchouts set up. I have another client who uses Prendio and I think your product is FAR better.

Pros

Ease of use, inexpensive, and the punchout/ e-invoicing functionality with auto-synch to QuickBooks has saved us countless hours and money. Also, it is very easy to extract data from the system and find the information I am looking for.

Cons

Not being able to relabel our GL accounts to present in an easy way for end users ordering. More customization for class and GL coding so that end users only see the accounts and classes that they can code to. More customization for approval workflows.

Communication with the customer service team is excellent. They staff is detailed when when showing you the updates how to work the system to its full potential.

Pros

The software is user friendly. Once you become familiar with it everything will become easier and second hand nature.

Cons

The delay when request and orders are approve.

Great customer service.

ProcureDesk cut my working hours tremendously.

Pros

Procure is very helpful for approval processes. Also, if I request to modify the program, ProcureDesk team listens and make the change for us. The software is very flexible.

Cons

Once posted, I am not able to edit. Cellphone app is not very sophisticated and pretty much useless.

A great product that sells itself!

Extremely pleased. The individual assigned to work with us on the implementation was "fantastic".

Pros

The configuration options are impressive. A very well thought-out product with a support team that makes itself available whenever you need them. Additionally, there are is an enormous amount of online documents on how to setup and use the product. Customer support has been outstanding. The OCR scanning engine for documents that are imported into the system is outstanding.

Cons

Hard to say but with all the functions and options available, the initial setup may take a bit longer. But this is your choice. There are so many options in the product that you want to use and sometimes this slows you down until you get a handle on how you want to use this product. It really depends on how you want to use the product - very flexible.
