Prior to ProcureDesk our purchasing system was a mess. We researched the available options and made the choice to go with ProcureDesk. The implementation process was thorough, and our contact at ProcurDesk became almost as a consultant for our purchasing process so that we better understand the extent of the different options available in the system. The training and continuing customer support is outstanding, and even our technology challenged associates were quickly able to make the switch to this ERP.
