Dealers can handle authorization of returned parts, prepare shipping documents with packing slips and labels, and monitor their movement across different locations. iWarranty automates supplier claim generation based on predefined agreements, shares claim details with suppliers in multiple formats, and lets recovery analysts negotiate and process claims in real-time.
