Pros

Jobber is fairly easy to use once you've had it for a while. They payment integrations are fantastic and the workflow from quote to job completion is great as well.
Very easy to use and was very simple and makes time management more effective. Was great in keeping up with clients and schedules.
I like how easy it is to store all my appointments and photos and everything all in one place. It is easy for all my coworkers to share also.

Pros

The software is super accurate, and the more info you put into there, the better it is. I would totally recommend this software to all my cleaning company owners because it is beneficial.
I absolutely love this software. And the customer service reps are wonderful.
It helps get the employees the schedule to clean which area in the building that they need to clean for the day.

Cons

They are in Canada and the delay on their phone system is frustrating. I got dropped 2x and asked the guy to call me back from his cell phone and he said he wouldn’t.
The mapping system is TERRIBLE AND IT only allows you to reset the route two times a day.
Is technology costly or something. It is MAPPING and we may need to do it more than twice.

Cons

I was a little disappointed that it doesn't include payroll management or billing and invoicing.
And the inability to use a previous inspection result as a basis for a follow up.
Sometimes glichy and or difficult to maneuver.

I'm able to save money on payroll because Jobber takes the place of a full time office manager.

Pros

Because of what can be done with this software I have been able to trim off many hours of office time from my schedule.

Cons

There are a few functions that I would like to see that are not currently available. I'd like to be able to customize the way my account works a little more (somewhat like the way the Real Green software works).

Pros

Jobber is so simple to use and its great because you can customize your view to what your job role is. Example, project management view Vs. Sales or office manager view. It is also great due to the customer portal. Customers love that they can see the progress of their job.

Cons

I feel like there is always site maintenance going on. Sometimes I am unable to send out attachments as well.

Tool to manage your customer quote, invoice and your facility team.

- You can create quote and create workflow for approval. - You can create and upload invoice which will be visible to your tenant. - Able to create and allocate task - Mobile app for the facility employee/manager to view assigned task. - A lot of other features which will be helpful for the real estate companies.

Cons

- Tenant login, currently needs to share/send URL to the customers and from there they will be able to manage the quote and invoices.

I have been using Jobber for almost 2 years as the Office Manager for a painting company. It is very easy to use and integrates well with QB. There have been several improvements in the last 2 years and the Jobber team is responsive to questions and problems in a very timely fashion.

Pros

CRM features . QB integration. Responsiveness of Jobber team. Ease of use for all levels in our team.

Cons

Reporting features can not be customized enough for our needs, must be manually manipulated. Sales Rep field input does not flow from Quote to Job to Invoice. Refunds can not be processed through Jobber. Invoice changes do not reflect in data already synced to QB.

I got in close to ground level with this company and have seen how quickly and strongly it has grown. They want nothing more but to tailor the software to fit your needs as a business owner/operator/manager. It is still growing and options are being added all the time. Thanks Jobber for making my job easier !

Pros

The ease of sending out your customers reminders for service the next day. Or even the option to batch invoice your whole days worth of work. The pluses are endless to this software. It may not be a complete fit for everyone but they are making advancements every month it seems and turning out more and more options from us as customers and what we need to have to be able to operate our businesses efficiently. The customers service is STELLAR you will always get someone that really wants to help and will listen to your input about the software and what could make your job easier to run your business. The price for the use of the software is low for the options you get.

Cons

I personally would like an auto-bill option for the recurring monthly charges that do not change as in a monthly billing for servicing a commercial lot or personal lawn(lawn care) .

Jobber revolutionizing our office

Our small yet growing power wash business was becoming more of a nightmare than a dream as we kept expanding... Once we hit 12 people, I could no longer take the amount of double and triple entry, chasing old pics in emails, going thru the mundane chore of invoicing and even making reminder and follow-up calls. That's when I found Jobber... I was hesitant to make the switch, but when my operations...

Pros

it's automation and simplicity- very robust system and they continue to keep growing and adding more features.

Cons

continued development on the mobile app, especially where one can see the entire calendar (ie unassigned visits and tasks). Also, ability to upload attachments to a task like other notes on jobs and visits and quotes

Jobber Does it Better

We love Jobber. We have had a wonderful experience and continue to have a wonderful experience every single day. We are very very heavy users of this product and we are very happy with this product! Their customer support is phenomenal as well. Available by chat almost always within a minute or so and they are always INCREDIBLY helpful!

Pros

We love the Jobs being able to be assigned to our Tech's and crews in real time. We love the GPS feature for when homeowners claim that a crew member was or was not there when they said they were. We love the invoice and payment all being directly attached to the job for easy research or review. We love the scheduler and the ability to send booking confirmations in multiple formats. We love the automated Job Completion emails (especially for our property manager clients). There's more but it would take too long.

Cons

The only thing I don't love about Jobber is when I want to send a booking confirmation or an invoice to a tenant AND the property manager, it will overwrite the phone number in the Client's field due to our connection with Quickbooks Online. It is a glitch that they don't have pointed right at this time, the newly added phone number automatically gets added as the "Main" phone number for the client and then when it syncs to QBO it overwrites the main number in QBO and keeps overwriting the phone # as Main back and forth until we can catch it and delete the auto saved phone number and remark the Client's phone as the main phone. It is a clunky process for us.

Best Field Service Software

I am lucky I found Jobber. I use them since day one I started up my HVAC business in Edmonton, Canada. Their monthly fee cloud based model fits my budget perfectly. I use Jobber to manager customers information, work orders, invoices and many other business related management. It runs smoothly, and always has new functions available with extra costs. Their office stuff are very supportive, very caring about customer experiences. Highly recommended Jobber to anyone who runs a field service business.

BEWARE - Deceptive Practices regarding Yearly Membership

Very disappointed with Jobber. They are quick to close the deal, won't tell you upfront all the T&Cs and once they have you locked in, they will just state that there is "nothing we can do" to help. It was our bad, we didn't ask the right questions and trusted the Sales Rep and the company to be upfront about these things. But oh well... next time.

Pros

Easy to use, but expected for a limited functionally software. Sure it does text, email and has calendars, but this is nothing to be excited about, this is expected. It lacks ability to embed Service Contract within the app (customer does not have to click unto an external link), does not allow for customized Forms for Website and lacks Chat ability for customers that want to ask a quick question.

Cons

Deceptive practice by Jobber. We were still testing and decided to go ahead a pay for the membership in order to continue trying to embed Jobber on our website. Talked to the Sales Rep on the phone, was told that the cheapest plan was to pay the for the year. We asked if we could cancel, was told yes. What we weren't informed of is that once you pay for the year, you will either use the service or loose it. NO REFUNDS. So be aware of this practice and expect nothing but crappy customer service (took [SENSITIVE CONTENT] the Manager 16 days to get back to me).

Easy to use, very intuitive, and saves a lot of time and money. I'm an office manager for a small business and I don't think I could keep up with everything (we're growing very fast!) if I didn't have Jobber. Jobber really helps us give a professional and polished experience, without having to hire additional staff to make it possible. They're always adding and improving their services, and are ready to help and listen when you have something to bring to their attention. I've never had a bad experience with their customer service. If you're considering using Jobber, go ahead and give it a try. You won't regret it.

It's extremely intuitive, and once you get the hang of it it's easy to manipulate to your needs

Beware of false advertising and predatory sales tactics!

Jobber unapologetically accepts and continues to employ false and/or misleading advertising regarding its integration with the accounting software QuickBooks.When raising this with a Customer Support Manager, I was advised that the wording was intentional, and he acknowledged that it was misleading and didn't represent the limitations of the product. Despite this acknowledgement, I was denied a refund...

Pros

UI and UX. Easy to setup and navigate. Scheduler is effective at distinguishing between jobs / assigned employees.

Cons

The customer service, while generally polite and responsive, is dreadful. Actively acknowledging and endorsing the false and/or misleading information on their webpage regarding 2-way sync between it and the accounting software QuickBooks.The recurring job creation was also unnecessarily complex, requiring the user to specify a duration. There is no ability to specify no end date.Doesn't support B-Pay, and doesn't generate unique customer reference no.'s.

JOBBER HAS IT ALL BUT FALL SHORT ON THE BASICS

The basics of what Jobber is built around is route scheduling and can do so much more. The basics of being able to simply organize routes while out in the field (like other apps offer) has been overlooked

Pros

Jobber is a great idea with excellent customer support. The support for this product is through the roof excellent! The overall programming is huge, you can do a ton of stuff with Jobber.

Cons

The Achilles heel is this; jobber is designed to be used as a route manager for administrators and employees. The idea is that an employee can load up his or her daily tasks and go to work. From an employee’s stand point that is easy enough. Click on the first job for the day and they are off . . . . .
