What is KVV?

KVV is a comprehensive insurance solution designed for insurance brokers, financial service providers, multi-agents, insurance agencies, and insurance administrators. The software enables users to manage customer contracts, claims, tasks, and appointments.

One of the key features of KVV is its collection of pre-designed Word document templates, including letters, cancellations, premium waivers, powers of attorney, and claims notifications. This helps streamline common administrative tasks and significantly simplifies the user experience. The software also allows users to search for customers based on the contract status, providing valuable insights and enabling targeted outreach. KVV also offers functionalities such as GDV data import, comprehensive contract change history, clear visualization of commissions, detailed commission accounting with full management of cancellations, and email integration.

The product is network-capable and available in a SQL Server version, allowing for multiple deployment options. KVV also offers a user management module, enabling the assignment of different access rights to various users. Additionally, the software integrates with a variety of third-party systems, including BiPRO interfaces, Zeitsprung, b-tix Box, Mr-Money, appRIORI, FinanzPlaner, NAFI and DWA Online Consumer Check for customer credit checks.

With powerful task and appointment management / appointment calendar and an event table for recording any events, including completed tasks and appointments
With functions such as caller list, reminder lists, birthday and appointment reminders, Outlook synchronization, duplicate search and clean-up, mass changes
Flexibly adjustable statistical evaluations of contracts over time, agencies, companies, contract types and much more
With GDV interface for importing customers and contracts (the data is supplied by the companies)
The relevant customer data record is automatically displayed for an incoming telephone call (only possible with ISDN or TAPI)
Import and export of VCard files and iCalendar files, for example to transfer contacts and appointments from and to smartphones (iPhone, iPad or Android phones) or desktop PCs
All lists with the option to change columns and define colors, with filter bar, mouse wheel support and much more
Freely definable input masks for customers, contracts, agencies and companies, each with up to 42 individual fields
