I like the app very much. I really don't know how I lived before! Another big plus is that they have excellent customer support. It's live and with a real person. I remember when I started setting up my business I have some questions and I wrote them in the chat and I was so surprised at how quickly they answered me! Like in minutes. In other services I remember it could take a day or two to receive a response...
Online booking is awesome! I added the link to my Instagram bio and clients keep booking with me wherever they are ready. I spent hours scheduling clients, texting them, receiving calls, etc. Now the select services, available time, and done! I received a notification that they booked with me. I can accept or decline it. I also like client reminders. They are not sent automatically, but they are fully...
I missed the client deposit feature, but they say they are working on it. I've placed a notice about the deposit on my booking page and added this info to my reminders template.

Overall, it’s been a good experience very easy to use app.. like if a lot.
I like most that is very easy to use, showing me all my appointments for the week and my earnings for that week.
The only thing that I wish was different is that you can actually change the time of your working hours for a particular day. Versus having to change your work hours permanently. For example, say my work Monday - Friday is 9 to 5. Let’s say one week I need Wednesday not to be 9 to 5 and I need to modify that particular day. I cannot do that unless I change the working hours and it’ll change it for that day the entire month. It would be nice to modify one particular day as far as how was your available if needed.

Overall, I love the app. If those two key things could get fixed, I would definitely be a longevity customer to continue my business.
Pros of this software is it’s easy to use. I love that you have the ability to customize your page. I love the fact that it keeps track of your clients for the week and tallies of how much money you’ve made profit for the week. I love that it sends out reminders to the clients and thank you text messages after their service.
Cons for me would be the time available as I’ve stated previously my clients get on there and my hours are from 9 AM to 11 PM but the only time available that they’re seeing to book on their end is the first one at 9 AM. No other times are showing available for them to book which is an inconvenience for me because then I have to manually book their appointment. Another con is not having a different...

I love this app, it’s made my life easier. I feel like now I’m more put together and I have boundaries with my work & clients because I have set hours opposed to using a physical calendar book where it was easy to overbook myself.
I like pretty much everything. I like the online booking system, I like how the home screen outlines all your profit for the week, and that it goes by each day as well. I like that I have reports of my profits for each month and records of what I spent for my business each month. Also, I like how I can go into each appt and change the tie duration of a service for a specific client, I can add deposits, discounts, it’s just so awesome !
Truly there isn’t anything I don’t like.

I have more time and an up to date on appointments and reminders are such a lifesaver. It was very time consuming before, now you just cancel an appointment and is automatically is the available again.
It helps with all the specific times I needed, is very friendly and works the reminders by itself.
Honestly I can’t complain I love everything so far and makes my job so much easier as it is.
