Users are able to modify and manage parts pricing, track inventory, collaborate with suppliers, and edit or sync parts data across systems. With the Mize Parts Catalog service technicians, customers, suppliers, and parts managers have access to a full, visual catalog of service parts, with information including part number, name, price, and other attributes.

Other features of the Mize Service Parts Management platform include integrated parts ordering, data import and export, parts inventory management, warehouse management, supply chain tracking, and supplier performance reporting. Mize also offers a supplier portal for manufacturers to coordinate supply chain processes with their suppliers.
