Pros

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.

Pros

It is the ability to leverage the strength of the Salesforce platform that makes the experience strong and the HIG Capital investment and Partner environment that makes the future look stronger.
Overall, we have had good experiences. The package has a straightforward install (save once when we didn't have the correct release, and good to very good support.
The integration with SF and our TMS is great, its fantastic to have all order information linked to the accounting objects. Reporting is great as well, that is mostly a SF feature.

Cons

My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.

Cons

There are a few in the system but I suspect there could be more that could print directly from the system in a more presentable format.
Anytime something comes up I know I have to figure it out myself or waste time trying to correspond with someone.
The inability to send ACH payments out of the box was a huge piece for us.

I like that NetSuite can be used to track everything from hours, to invoices, to bills, to customer contacts, sales calls and more.

Cons

It Seems a little limit when it comes to actual Accounting reports.

Pros

Very flexible, friendly user interface, great reporting options. We use it to track hundres of field sales reps and thousands of customers.

Cons

Customer service can be a bit slow getting back to help. Uploading huge amounts of data can be a bit cumbersome.

The ease of streamlining our orders with our 3rd party logistics company. New accounting software which has improved the work flow of our accounting department.

Pros

The seamless integration we had with Shopify and our 3rd party logistics company. NetSuite has made so easy for us to streamline our sales/shipping.

Cons

We would like to get a new CRM for our company and were hoping to be able to use NetSuites, but it does not seem to meet our needs at this time, which is disappointing.

Really good for accounting and easy to use the basic features

Pros

Software is easy to use and naturally intuitive. It also has heaps of online support and articles that explain how to use the tools.

Cons

There is a lot learn to learn while using Netsuite and this can become overwhelming at times. There is a lot of online support and there is definitely a learning curve.

I am a bookkeeper. Some features need to be added like reconciling the balance sheets accounts. But overall the software is powerful. One CFO said that for all that it does you do not need a full time IT person to manage it like other platforms

I've worked with NetSuite for about 3-4 years now, while I've become more acclimated to it, it's not entirely as intuitive as previous software I've used such as MAS 90 or Quickbooks, but that's not to say it's not a great software, I just think users need to also invest in training on how to use the software, which of course in turn means more money.

Pros

Many functions, modules and dashboards to support various accounting and project management needs.

Cons

It's not an entirely intuitive software, there are many modules and safety features that are not entirely obvious in usage.

Netsuit is attached with oracle it means Netsuit is most important for accounting.

Pros

Netsuit software is oracle based software the calculations of this software are accurate and the database is well design.

Cons

In accounting softwares reports and databases are most important and Netsuit software has both best quality databases and reports.

Tons of Features but bulky to use

If it was give to you for free maybe give it a shot. If not find a new CRM

Pros

This software can be a CRM, track sales/jobs and be used as accounting.

Cons

It is bulky, it takes multple clicks to be able to input a comment from a customer. Also it goes down semi regularly

Overall its good as in it does what it needs to do, and then some. It's useful but feel at times we are only touching the capabilities of this software other then really utilizing it.

Pros

It makes certain things accounting wise very automated and easy. Integration features are amazing.

Cons

It's not very user friendly and very clunky. Not very intuitive so have to contact support and/or use YouTube to learn how to use. SuiteAnswers website is also not very good.

Excellent for using daily and managing transactions

Pros

It links all the Purchase Orders automatically to other applications. The tool bar is easy to use and very well organized.

Cons

I like everything about this software except the price is a little more expensive compare to similar accounting softwares

Overall a great software that has allowed our company to automate manual processes and build a better support department. The reporting and saved searches are great for pulling data!

Pros

Saved searches, SuiteFlow, customization capabilities, customized accounting reporting. Saved searches to automate processes are awesome!

Cons

Overwhelming, somewhat difficult to use, and quite expensive. Going through the renewal process is not fun!

There are some very good positives but as others cloud services are offering much more flexible functioning, NetSuite needs to improve and upgrade with much faster pace than it is doing now

Pros

Accounting, Ease of data handling. Ease with which other softwares can be integrated with NetSuite

Cons

No proxy logins for admins to check dashboards published. How standard records are viewed differently in each place. Ex: Contacts are a separate record if you are running a search but they are under relationships in Csv imports which is inconsistent. So are sales Orders which come under transactions. No way to search for 3rd connection transactions or records. Example: No way to search for a opportunity from which a sales order was created.

Best System!

FANTASTIC! My team and I were just discussing not wanting to use another accounting system again!

Pros

Ease of use and editing. We can easily reclass and edit transactions without having to re-upload and delete prior entries.

Cons

That certain modules cannot be accessed without certain licenses. Should be an all-inclusive platform.

Oracle Netsuite review

Its a great piece of software overall, I would just like it to be localized for other countries.

Pros

Easy to use, extremely customizable and its a one stop shop for all your accounting needs even payroll.

Cons

The one thing that I did not enjoy is that for certain countries the software has not yet been localized. Which in essence means that the tax implications and payroll is still US and not been amended for the specific country other than the major countries.

-The software does all the accounting functions I need -Reduces the need for manual entries and tracking via spreadsheets

-Not easy to jump in and use right away, somewhere between an out of the box software and customized software -Navigating the software to find what you need can be difficult if you are not familiar with Netsuite

I generally like this product as I think it is a good solution for small business with customer functions integrated.

Pros

Have to say it is a more integrated ERP than simply accounting system. It has customer relations functions as well.

Cons

I think it is a little bit expensive. This system is a little bit challenging for beginners to use.
