What is Optial?

Optial is a flexible, multi-module software platform for the management of key business assurance measures, spanning Enterprise-level EHS, risk and compliance, plus auditing and beyond. Deployed across multiple industry sectors including banking, manufacturing, retail and insurance, Optial solutions for incident management facilitate the capture, assessment and investigation of events before categorizing severity, prioritizing and analyzing trends to identify root cause. The risk management module then utilizes risk registers to identify and store risk data with attachments, linking risk records to key controls, loss events etc.

Risk assessments are generated automatically, manually or ad-hoc to customizable workflows and assigned to the right people, supported by notifications and reminders on unfulfilled completion. Track key risk indicators (KRI), KPI’s and key control indicators (KCI’s) over time and leverage scenario analysis to determine worst and best case impacts, predicting expected loss etc. Comprehensive multi-language, fully exportable risk reporting options allow data to be viewed with dashboards, heat-maps, trend charts, tables and more. Optial’s subsequent modules for compliance, audit and business continuity enable organizations to monitor internal controls for meeting standards, raise action transparency and manage business activities.

My overall experience is good. The software are great for financial audit. Its easy to use for any organization. And I hope need to improve more feature .

There are audit planning just awesome. When I use "Optial Smartstart" i'm very confident for there accurate result. Dashboard is making me easy to use this software. I also like this software and love there issue management.

I dislike only things. Mostly the software is not access in Mobile.
