At the end of the year everything is prepared for me in a very simple way. Great and helpful customer support team as well.
The only difficulty we've encountered is what you might expect from any new software tool - getting onboarded takes a while, especially if you need the entire team on the same page.
I am also a color-coordinated type of person, love that feature. It is so user friendly and a breeze to learn how to use.
This results in faster reporting and less risk of errors. All reports are easily exportable and I can upload into my accounting system easily.
Friendly and accessible support team is a huge plus.
Very comfortable UI, can get all of my data at any point.

HyperProof has been a solid partner through their product offerings and excellent support in helping us mature our compliance programs.
I no longer need to rely on spreadsheets or static documents, an entire program can be run and updated in a few minutes and provide continuous oversight for compliance maintenance.
Fantastic experience with the tool and the company. Great support in building up our programs of control and delivering custom features that meet our needs.
It can be a little difficult not to need multiple tabs of Hyperproof running to get the full picture of what you're doing.
Hyperproof is a great compliance platform backed by a phenomenal fantastic team. The customer support is incredible.

We enjoy the ease of use, organization, ability to customize existing fields. We also love the customer support we've been provided to ensure we're fully utilize AB.
No on-premise option, and some feature upgrades have caused minor disruptions.
All user feedback has been overwhelmingly positive - super easy to use and very intuitive. Implementation went very smoothly and customer support has been very helpful.
When we first adopted Risk Oversight , we lost some functionality we had with our former risk assessments. The AuditBoard engineering team has since worked with us to improve this though.
The dashboard is clear/simple and helpful, the user-friendliness is excellent and the integration across the Audit, SoxHub and Risk Management modules is very good to have.
AuditBoard become audit's system of record, the workflow capability makes it well-integrated for risks and controls.
I've already experienced its cost saving benefit and unique capability into the first year. Like any proper use of software, quality organization and diligent work has to precede it.
No need for a GRC tool, just SOXhub to manage all SOX compliance.

The fact that Netwrix always includes new and better features all of the time. Great price for the software and once it is in place and working it is very stable and solid.
It gives us errors but doesn't explain exactly what the error is so we can fix it, it tracks windows 10 but has trouble tracking Windows 7 updates.
I like how easy it is to deploy and upgrade. The new 9.0 interface is a great improvement over the previous version.
Some of the plugins are hard to use. I have a hard time figuring out what is causing errors sometimes when it runs its nightly scans of my systems.
I must also give kudos to the Netwrix helpdesk, as there are very knowledgeable and have assisted successfully on numerous occasions.
Missing some real-time features and alerts. Difficult to Integrate with other auditing software.
I like that I have can a "one-stop shop" for all my auditing needs. Very easy to use and the support folks are great.
The thing I most dislike about the tool is it's not very intuitive.
Easy to use interface, daily/weekly reporting on important Active Directory events, Real-time alerting, real-time forensics with the intelligent search feature.

The simplicity of this product is fantastic. Its on of the easiest and most simple piece of software to use with the most effective results.
It fails more often than not and the upgrade instructions listed on ManageEngine's website has inaccurate data (lists the wrong batch files to use, etc).
Overall ManageEngine Audit Plus gives you a great AD Admin and Audit experience. I would love to recommend it.

The instant access and reporting across the business, the ability to re-take and enact the surveying is a great asset to the compliance of our business.
Updating and versioning has been somewhat confusing.
The iAuditor Software is by far the most comprehensive all-in-one compliance system I have used thus far. The ease of use, thousands of templates and real time uploading is outstanding.
No possibility to create "action plan form" for addressee based on list of failed points. Action plan would be filled online via safetyculture web app.
It's easy to photograph issues and highlight areas for improvement and the reports are all stored for future reference. The dashboard is also useful and allows us to track our audit programme.
The save/close options for inspections was a little confusing at first not knowing if it says completed but then we got use to it.
Customer service has been great, and more importantly, they are continually improving their platform.
You can modify the audits on your personal computer but at the moment to see it on the phone always there is a "conflict" to get solve.
Good experience from the start, when I experimented with the program before my company implemented it, getting better as we use it for more types of inspections.
