What do users say about Payarc?

The customer service department is slow to take care of merchant issues, the technical support team seems to like the basic working knowledge of many of the technical details for most of its equipment offering, the account manager rarely has the answer and is slow to get back to me if he follows up at all, the risk department seem to misquote deposit dates after a merchant's funds have been diverted, underwriting's criteria seems to change with the wind, and the executive staff's word (in my opinion) should NEVER be trusted.
