MRI Asset4000 focuses on three main components. The first component consists of a central fixed asset register, which is a database and record of all assets and its events within a lifecycle.
The second component is fixed asset accounting which focuses on relifes, revaluations, and asset disposals, helping to optimize an organization’s investment returns.
The third component is asset tracking, which monitors the movements of assets and ensures that the register is kept up-to-date. It involves a regular process of system updating which can be done via mobile device.
Depreciation forecasting and modeling is also available to create unique scenarios for future capital expenditure.
