I also use the PhonePro system in 4 stores, and after 5 months, I can say it’s been worth the investment. Although there are some issues, it generally provides great value.

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be that each item I click opens a new window, which can sometimes be annoying.

Post-launch, our Account Manager regularly checks in every 45 days to ensure everything is running smoothly.

They have since slowed down and focus more on improving existing features and only launch newer ones after being tested.
