The search function allows users to search several fields, whether they are looking for a vehicle license plate number, an individual’s name, or a particular location. Users can then view historical data and information related to those incidents and analyze patterns to know where repeated activities tend to take place, and with which individuals.

Report Exec's open database connectivity allows users to connect to a variety of different security solutions, programs and data sources. The in-house data conversion team converts an organization's existing data, and makes it accessible within the solution.
