What is Secure Exchanges?
Secure Exchanges is a SaaS that enables point-to-point encrypted email exchange without the recipient having to install anything. It supports emails with attachments up to 2.5 GB. It not only allows users to send information, but also to receive information and digitally sign documents.
Built on a zero-access architecture, no one can read your data, not even Secure Exchanges; you alone hold the keys. Integrated into Microsoft Outlook (Classic and New), Microsoft 365, and Gmail via a Chrome extension, or through the online platform, Secure Exchanges lets users stay on the same email server while effectively securing every exchange. A .NET SDK, along with APIs, integrates Secure Exchanges with your CRM, ERP, and in-house systems.
Digital signature is powered by ZeroVu Signature, a zero-access electronic signature backed by an AATL trust chain for legally recognized, tamper-evident documents. Encrypted transmission archives stay protected with our proprietary SESAR technology.
All data is hosted in Canada, on SOC 2 Type II certified, Tier III infrastructure, keeping your communications outside the reach of foreign legislation such as the U.S. Cloud Act.
