It enables field service professionals and supervisors to manage geofencing, track GPS locations in real-time, and monitor job status based on multiple parameters, such as completed, canceled, late, in progress, needs scheduling, and more. It also lets employees receive email notifications, send text messages, and access the pre-designed service contacts on a centralized platform.

ServiceBase enables organizations to integrate the platform with several third-party solutions, such as Xero, Google Maps, Gmail, and Quickbooks. The built-in search and filter tool let users access service request history, monitor job queues, track customer interactions, and more.
