Pros
Being able to check and monitor our sales guys process and help coach them to be better salesman has been a blessing. Rilla has made virtual coaching a simple and smooth seamless process.
Rilla's features in general are great and the ease of use on both the mobile side and office side are great.
My experience has been fantastic, I use Rilla multiple times every day for my clients, and has helped to improve my quality of appointments significantly.
Cons
Sometimes the transcripts are wrong and can mess with the analytics.
I wish it was more accurate when I'm driving that it would pick that up and it would stop recording. Sometimes I forget I have it recording.
We have some dead zones in our area which can lead to a Rilla recording terminating early, before the call is over.

Pros

Voice analytics allow me to see what is going on in the field with my technicians and sales reps without being in the field with them.

Cons

When I have two technicians on the same job, Rilla does not differentiate between the secondary tech and a customer.

As a whole the program is very useful for self accountability as well as finding training opportunities.

Pros

Its a helpful tool to look back on a deal that may not have gone as expected, to find the mistake and work to correct it.

Cons

Depending on the key words entered, sometimes the % accuracy may not be completely on. Care needs taken when set up.

Accountability that promotes success

I’m satisfied with the program. It’s something I haven’t used before but I do appreciate the value. I also appreciate having a specific point of reference when a client forgets the details of their project.

Pros

I really like knowing I’m being scored on my sales process in real time. It’s a consistent reminder of accountability, as I use it fall if my appointments. I have seen more success in my sales closing ratio.

Cons

Sometimes the dictation can’t distinguish who said what. Especially if the conversation flows quickly between two people. The fixation will have a “back and fourth” conversation as one persons statement. Also, it hasn’t learned how to spell my name correctly.

Absolute Must-Have for real time coaching

[sensitive content hidden] came to us to work out some bugs and his help was great. Also worked with Paulina on fine-tuning our scripting and keywords so we can get more accurate and intentional with training. Absolutely great company, not perfect, but they actually do their best to make a great product and have great customer service.

Pros

I like that we can implement our sales script and keywords to be tracked within Rilla along with other metrics to give reps coaching in a quicker way

Cons

Dictation in the home can be difficult because Tv's or other voices are picked up and can make things tricky when tracking. Having a calibration method so the software knows the reps voice better would be a great improvement

Definitely recommend Rilla

Rilla has been a great tool for us to help train our reps.

Pros

Rilla allows me to hear my reps without taking time from my day to do ride alongs. It has great speech analytics that allow the reps to listen to themselves and colleagues to improve their skills.

Cons

Small bugs here and there but there is no major complaints so far.
