Job scheduling and dispatching are extremely efficient and it’s simple to assign work, track progress, and update jobs in real time.

Being hit with a lock-in contract option of 3-years or 5-years at an ‘expected’ 8% per annum (CPI + 5%) locked in to a minimum user quantity.

I now have to finish off my contract with them as they catch you on a minimum 12 month term even though they have failed to meet their obligations.

Occasional lag and the odd system crash can be frustrating, particularly when working on larger jobs or detailed quotes.

The integration between field staff and office workflows was especially useful, and having everything in one place improved our efficiency and visibility
