I have used Smart Service for the last 9 years. The customer support is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and are quick to get back to you if they are not available right away. The updates that you receive are good about fixing any program issues that may arise and they are always adding new things to help the program stay current with the times. I have even asked for certain aspects to be included in the past and they worked to make that happen for me. It's a great program and a great company. I highly recommend Smart Service.

GSI has been using Smart Service since 2011. Within the last four years we have started to maximize the different options within the program. Smart Service is so easy to use and the customer service team is very knowledgeable.

I love this software and I think it is user-friendly, intuitive and versatile.  I have used the customer service many times and I have not had a bad experience, on the contrary, every time has been absolutely awesome.  Its like those guys are never in a bad mood and ready to help you figure things out.

There is really no excuse that your service goes down. Also getting our text numbers back to our main number not a 888 number still is a problem.

This program is great to communicate with my Service Techs and now they know where they are going.  Takes a lot off me, if I am on the phone or doing something else.  Also there is no contract.  I was told we will earn your business - and they totally have!

Excellent customer service

I have been a user and administrator of Service Fusion for the past year.  I looked and tried various programs but I found none that could match Service Fusion.  It is easy to master, has many valuable features from Scheduling, Fleet Management, to Financial Features.  My help was able to learn it without much training.
If I encounter an issue or have questions about how to do something their customer service is outstanding. I use this in the electrical industry and am not certain how I functioned without it.  I have an MBA and a BA in Computer Science and know quite a lot about programs.  In my opinion, there is not a software product that can rival Service Fusion.

Field Service Software 

Service fusion is the best software out there that I have seen. We used to use Smart Service and when one of their tech support agents expressed surprise that I had 8 tabs open and the software was still functioning I realized that it was a sub-par product. After that myself and our management sat through multiple software demonstrations to make sure we didn't end up with another sub-par software. Of all the demonstrations we went through, Service Fusion was, by far, the most cost effective and capable software available on the market. It runs on the internet, so we can access it from any computer or tablet without having to download any additional software. It also updates regularly, which, since it's on the web I don't have to visit each work station in the office to update software anymore, which is a huge time saver. 

Best Software for running a service-business available. (I would know, I've looked at all of them!)

I have been using this product for close to a year now.  Max and Aramis were extremely helpful with our conversion to using this product.  The live tutorials, additional references, and tech support made learning the product quick and easy.  The tech support with this company is second to none.  In my experience they have continually worked to make their product better every chance they get.  This is rare and is what prompted me to give them a review. My company is able to use this product for our construction/renovation projects, repair technicians, and the routes we have that are on routine maintenance. Templates, inventory management, and custom fields have made the difference from other software that we originally were considering.  Hope to see route optimization in the future.

Customer & business partner communication regarding job scheduling and estimates, scheduling the routes for multiple drivers, being able to invoice directly to the customer with customized templates, and synchronizing invoices and payments right into Quickbooks.  

Brings the field worker, office dispatch, and finance all together

Over all when we switched it was difficult, we had a really good capable Service Fusion person that went above and beyond to assist and I have set it up the way it works best for us. I love it now. Its not perfect but it works for what I need!

Overall it has been positive. At this point, it is being used to build customer history for each visit. We're planning on adding the billing in January and using the estimate tool in the near future.

We actually were on Service Fusion and another company talked us into moving to them and we lasted 6 months and came right back Service Fusion. There is no way that I could use another company or software at this point. 

Service Fusion meets our needs and excels is support and customer service. We service 17 states and bout 15k jobs a year with many many technicians all up and down the eastern seaboard.  Yur cheating yourself out of great software by not trying this one out
