Every time their is an update, an error message pops up, and it will be random different errors preventing the user to complete an order. This has been happening while using an Android phone. My overall experience has been fantastic. Quick to learn, and there's so much to be done with it I feel like I am just getting started.

Esticom has been great, there is some room for improvement and i would love to help collaborate with them. My overall experience with Esticom has been wonderful. Technical support has been useful so far on any questions we have had. The development team adopts an agile approach to programming and consistently meets their goals. Support is excellent and responsive to your needs. Unfortunately we were unable to enter those in to be read by the system and we had to print our own QR tags out of the system which meant they weren’t as hard wearing.

The ease of use makes this software easy for any of our employees to use. In a day in age where some of the older generations are not computer literate this is very important to us. The only con for us is because eWork Orders is a cloud based system we can't use it for problems involving internet or power outages.

I love the ease of access and understanding for new users and residents of our city (Grand Rapids). The ability to manually plot locations as well as geolocating with your phone or tablet with pretty good accuracy is more than I can say for some other softwares I've used.
