The messaging component can glitch, as I've sent messages to people who did not get them sent to their inbox, and vice versa. Since I communicate with applicants primarily through messages, it can be frustrating to find that messages were not delivered.

The system functions as advertised and it has enabled our youth development program to administer what has historically been in-person events and activities into a digital format.  

Right now, Profile information can be mapped to any form within a submission portal, but additional forms cannot be mapped to each other in that same portal.

It's not overly complicated and you can figure out how to use most tools on your own.

It is difficult to identify a time and this causes missing submissions sometimes.

Currently, an organization is limited to one username/password to access their application portal. Unless the organization shares that username/password with others within their agency, this means that they are limited to only one particular individual having access.

We're able to create customized reports and export the data easily, although there is a bit of a learning curve to set up the reports.

More efficient communication and collaboration

The best part about Wizehive was being able to create a custom workflow and experience for my team's diverse needs.

He also did a great job of making sure that we were comfortable with using the software for not only managing our grant but creating or editing our custom forms and templates.  

We've found the email's generated by Submittable have formatting issues and are often blocked by anti-spam software, so there have been some deliverability issues and some problems with reading the system-generated emails.

What I appreciate most was the intuitive dashboard menu, which will allow our organization to effortlessly track and manage our grants.

Moving programs through folders can be a bit tricky only because you can accidentally move someone to a different part of the process and it will automatically trigger an email to them.

Collaboration is built-in, allowing reviewers and admins to leave notes for each other and see reviews.
